THIS PLACE WAS BY FAR THE MOST FRIENDLIEST ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY CARE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED

So for the second time in 14months Petfix called to confirm my dog appt 14hrs before surgery, but when i arrive to check in they say their understaffed by 4 people and cant take my 87lb pound dog, but u can see the dog scale from outside and i took a pic of a 78lb dog they took no problem. I wish I could actually give a review on their WORK but I can't because for the second time in 14months they confirm my appt.the day before, but when I arrive their always understaffed by 4 people, the same excuse they gave me 8months before. I NOW KNOW ITS A FACT THEY REJECT ME TO MAKE ROOM FOR "THEIR" base. Really 4 people didn't show up for work 14hrs before my appt.

I went to Petfix to get my 5 month old kitten neutered a couple weeks ago. Drop off was simple and orderly. Recovery was quick with no complications. Cost to neuter was around $45 which is SO cheap! I was also able to get him vaccinated and treated for fleas. You may have to wait a month+ for your appointment but the wait is definitely worth it. 5 stars all around

Easy, affordable and kind. I'm impressed with the team that runs the program and it's close to the freeway. Great bakery is near it.

These are nicest people and such a wonderful service for pets and ferals. I have a feral cat colony and petfix has been a real blessing.

This is a great place to go, I have taken two of my animals there and they were absolutely wonderful with them. The staff is very kind and helpful! I will be taking my mom's animal's there next.

I love this place. So difficult to find a place that will help feral cats. This place is one of the few. Thank you Petfix for caring about feral cats when no one else will.

A great non profit organization who specializes in the spay and neutering of animals at a very affordable cost. Staff was attentive- courteous and proficient. We just had our adopted 3 year old Goldendoodle neutered. Good location right off the freeway in Euclid. Would highly recommend- unless of course you want to pay your vet 10 times the cost that this wonderful organization charges. Please consider donating to continue making this fantastic service available locally.

Got my little boy fixed other day and it was a pleasant and well executed procedure with a good system in place. Affordable and friendly.

I wanted to give 5 stars but who ever the lady was I picked my cat up from today 06/17/22 really doesn’t know how to talk to people. First off I asked for an E collar for my cat seeing as I know how my cat acts and was told no because it won’t do any good now I have been stuck in one spot having to hold my cat because he will not leave his wound alone just as I knew was going to happen because I know my cat more then some stranger who has met him. As well as that I got the vibe that she didn’t think much of me maybe like I was some kinda scum. Either way I am highly upset at the moment and stressed seeing as I can not even walk away to use the bathroom. This really could of been all avoided if the lady would of just trusted that I knew my cat and his behaviors and gave me an e collar. Besides her everything else was fine as far as I can say.

Brought many stray cats and my own dogs to pet fix. Very courteous. Recently brought my male dog Sherman to be neutered they were very accommodating he has cage trauma so they let me stay with him till they gave him a shot never put him in a cage. Awesome place.

May 13th, 2022 My fur baby Whiskers is about 8lbs and turned 7 yesterday, she was fixed, nails trimmed, rab shot and got medicine today for an infection that wasn't noticeable and so thankful that they were nice and took very good care of her! I will be adding Petfix to my donating list for sure! So much appreciated and will come back with any future kitties!

I picked up our cat that was being neutered and shots. It was a relief. They had our cat boxed up nicely and our pet was happy and has been very happy!

Pretty nice store. The customer service sucks. They need to work on that. Just because its in the Steelyard, doesn't mean it can't be a good store, with happy employees that want to be there and actually help customers (with a smile).

Took our cat to PetFix and was surprised to get a call about 11: 30 that she was ready to be picked up. Just a tiny incision.

Very fast and friendly. They took wonderful care of our pets for a really affordable price. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and kindly.

This organization does a GREAT job with helping with the over population of animals and pets. I highly recommended them for spaying and neutering. They work on a sliding income scale that makes it affordable for all.
