Keeps puppies in cages with nothing on the bottom. Looks uncomfortable. They also keep tons of hamsters in one cage and they're supposed to live alone or they will hurt each other.

I purchased a mini beagle pup that weighed three and a half pounds. She appeared well at the store but when I brought her home. I quickly discovered that she had kennel cough. Her purchase contract said that she had to be seen by a vet in seven days. The promised free visit could not see her for 30. Thus violating her contract. I took her to my vet where she was given antibiotics and cough tabs.
Let's talk about the puppy kit. It sounds helpful but is it? Probiotic chews, joint chews, skin and coat chews, vitamin chews, calming chews, for puppies weighing above 25 lb. Food, puppy pads, 2 toys, shampoo, bitter apple spray, carpet cleaner. The fast talkers make you believe it's included. (It's not).

The kit did not include a leash, a harness, a Kennel.

What's the Petland enhanced protection program? I thought it was insurance. Now I think it's a replacement program should my puppy die.

I think I actually paid her shipping from the Arkansas breeder.

Beware it's very deceptive. They give you grief if you try to return unneeded stuff. I exchanged it for food after my vet told me not to give her the chews.

Very disappointed in going to this store. Before the move it had a great selection, now it just has puppies.

Purchased a Boston Terrier puppy from this location. She is the best puppy we have ever owned. The adoption specialist helped us in the puppy selection process and they set you up with everything you need for successful dog ownership. Highly recommended.

Brittany was very helpful. We love our new addition. She is every bit as sweet as she seemed for the hours we spent meeting her at the store.

Lots of parking. Staff is very friendly. You can buy birds ferrets rabbits dogs and other animals there. Along with pet supplies.
