From the moment we walked into Petros Homes Model home and talk to Chelsey - New Home Specialist who went above and beyond answering all our questions and communicating with us, to meeting with Trisha in Design Center, who never forced or pressured into making decisions, but encouraged us to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy, to the moment getting keys and meeting with Randy, Project Manager who was always in contact with us if we need to make any changes, the experience was wonderful. Building a home with Petros in Avon. From the very beginning, Emily Gentry was incredibly helpful and flexible for our schedule. Being first time home builders, we really needed help along the way. Tricia Soltesz helped us find all the materials/stones/colors/etc we wanted. They’re an amazing team who build exceptional homes!

We built with Petros in 2021 and we love our home. Our sales manager was Emily Gentry and working with her was so nice. She did a wonderful job of both listening to exactly what we wanted for our home and also was able to show us helpful suggestions or examples throughout the design process so everything came together so well! She is very knowledgeable and was always responsive when we had questions. Petros brought our dream home to life. The rest of the team that works with Emily is also wonderful - Tricia and Bobbi from the design center are great and our construction manager Chad was very thorough.

Working with Petros to build a new home was a pleasure. David and the team were very helpful throughout the whole process and put themselves in our shoes when building and designing a home. I would highly recommend working with Petros in the future if you are considering a new home.

We’d like to share our positive experience building our new home. While we chose Petros for their superior product offering, it is the people from the Petros Homes team that made the home building process exceptional.

David was aware of the style and features we were seeking as we customized our floorplan and was very helpful with recommendations. He took us to the design center to show us standard choices, the many materials available as options, and helped coach us about allowances. He also kept us informed during the building process and answered our many questions.

Bob was exceptional during our kitchen design, offering multiple design layouts, and being patient as he provided multiple quotes as we sought to manage our allowances. The kitchen is stunning and is our favorite room of the house.

Tricia and Bobbi really helped coach us on design and material selections for every room of the home. Tricia was instrumental in not only selecting materials, but in helping to make all choices provide a cohesive and complementary design for each room – whether it be colors, counters, backsplash, handles, flooring, etc. Again, knowing our allowances, we felt she helped us get the most for our money, especially when recommending we consider a remnant for our basement bar counter. Bobbi kept us informed and was great making recommendations on bathroom flooring when our original selection was out of stock, weeks before we were hoping to move in.

We can’t say enough about Matt. During construction, he addressed our concerns and did everything possible to make everything come together in the final weeks, as he knew our schedule concerns. Thanks to Matt, we were able to take possession of our new home without moving twice.

We are very satisfied with our new home and want to thank everyone at Petros for their all their help, professionalism, and patience during this journey!
