16Oh my. The associates were all awesome. They helped me so much with aquarium supplies. I took my little dog Carlos up to the store. They treated him like a king. He loved it. One customers dog ran out the door and the young man from the store caught him for her. The prices were great for pre black Friday and they also priced matched items also. Thanks to everyone for a great experience.
Love my PetSmart store. Best staff around. The groomers are the BEST, and the VET staff is WORLD class.
Never had any issues. Sign up for the treats program and go get points to cash in for discounts and they email a lot of coupons.
Why do cashiers want to charge more than the total? It happens every time i shop like their in a hurry
Most employees are really nice others not so much. I got crickets and this person seemed annoyed and didn't want to help.they only gave me half the amount that I asked for. I ended up leaving the bag and grabbing a different one that someone bagged.
If you love your pets and have respect for yourself.don't bother coming here. Cashiers are rude, and disrespectful. Management could care less, and go on assumptions. CHEWY HERE WE COME!
Poor customer service at times with the Dog clinic inside of PetSmart. They did not refund our card when I returned home with our dog after a nail clipping. He had suffered an injury from his back right paw. I wasn't informed and wheb I opened up the back of the SUV there was blood everywhere. I understand accidents happen but no one noticed that our dog was bleeding for and hour before pickup. When I called I was hung up on, (which again maybe was an accident.) but finally reached a manger who said they would refund the 15 bucks but never did. Again, our dog was fine in the end once I have her first aid. I was disappointed in the staff's care of my dog and lack of follow though.
Good place to get things but I did see that their stock was down. Only expensive items they had
The staff were nothing short of amazing, knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. They knew what I needed as if they had a mental check list. One trip and I got everything I needed in one place. They opened a register to help me fast because my puppy is a 6-9 weeks and a little nervous. I appreciate tithe 1on1 help on the store.

I got my golden retriever (2 years old) groomed for the first time. They did a great job. They did everything I asked for. I wish I knew the 2 ladies name that helped. They were very polite and were very friendly to me and my dog. Looks so much better. He was very happy and so was I!
Was cleaned out.had 0 fish.and asked questions on a few products.and you would have thought they was on " who wants to be a millionare". Ill stick with Jacks Aq
They treat Cassie very well. They are extremely professional and kind. I feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby in their environment. I loved the roster for the days appointments with the dogs names. I met a gentleman who had his grand dog Gunner there because his son was away serving our country. This is a nice place.
Sleeze bags! Took my dog here for an appointment and was turned away cause he just got his rabies vaccination so they told me to bring him back tomorrow so I did and then they said we only have him down for a bath after I specifically told them bath and haircut on the phone. So I was sent away again with no service! Stupid idiots I will not be back!
The staff was always knowledgable and helpful. I used to have this as a 5 rating. However, over the last 3 months, I've found that I get many emails for coupons that says they are good for 20% off for orders over $40.00 but they are never honored. My dog requires more expensive food and care products as she is a senior dog, so the bills can be pretty high. As someone on a fixed income, the coupons would help. It wastes my time as well looking at all these email offers if they are never honored. I know the clerk is only trying to do her job, so I look at this as a management problem. Coupons should be honored. At this point, it feels like false advertisement to get you in the store only.
Nice store and helpful employees, but boy have prices gone up. I also didn't like the fact that now you can't just use your phone number to be a part of your rewards. That's discrimination against older people who don't have computers, wi-fi or internet.
