PetSmart, Parma OH

Store was well stocked on some items, not very well on others. Only staff I saw was at checkout. They were fast and polite.

I am starring to get disappointed in this place.they always seem to be out of IAMS dog food when I am there

Petsmart is always great, I see the same staff over the years and like them all. Lines can be long and of course everything is overpriced but that's what you kind of expect from PetSmart. I was disappointed that the APL is not there anymore, I know they have some cats from shelters but I feel like they still can expand if they wanted to. It would help the community a lot. I also don't love that they breed mice/hamsters/gerbils/reptiles there are plenty that need homes and there's no need to be breeding more of them. Snakes/reptiles don't need to eat live mice, the frozen are more humane. Petsmart shouldn't support the beta fish either, having them in those small cups shouldn't be the norm. Same with them selling the small rabbit/guinea pig/chinchilla cages. Those cages are way too small for those animals and unless retailers like PetSmart make their customers aware of that, people will keep shoving them in those little cages for thier entire life. I don't mean to go on a tangent but those are the types of changes I would like to see at PetSmart but for an average pet store it has pretty much everything you would expect.

The staff and manager seem quite friendly, but the store was not very clean when I went in and they did not clean at the checkout in between customers. I was checking on dog training and the lady who does their training said she is leaving the store. And there is no one there to handle it and they did not have any suggestions for anyone in the area who handles that. They also had no idea when and if someone else would be doing training in the future. So I was pretty disappointed.

This is my favorite pet store (chain) hands down. They have good prices on most of their items and, while I'm not a fan of any Petsmart grooming salons, they do have really cute items during all the holidays but especially at Christmas.

Usually have what you need, but at a higher price than you will pay elsewhere. So, if you don't feel like driving out of the way, Petsmart will have it.

Matched their website on in-store item without question. Thanks for not giving me a hassle! Highly recommended!

The workers were wonderful in explaining how to care for my new betta fish! There is also a nice selection of aquarium decorations and other products to keep my fish happy and healthy!

Petsmart has everything your pet needs and everything your pet wants! Prices are reasonable and employees are very friendly and helpful!

We brought home our adorable dog Snow on Saturday. The staff in the adoption center are fantastic. They were very helpful, answering all our questions & giving us important information. I would definitely recommend petsmart to family & friends.

Go here all the time to buy some creakets for my tarantula. They do not have the tarantulas specialist here, just FYI. The store is big and clean. Everything is easy to find. They have a pet grooming room by the checkout, it is fun to watch sometimes.

I like this petsmart a lot. Always clean and the people are friendly. I look forward to visiting the pets and take great joy in swing how many pets get adopted. Good customer service. The restrooms could use a little tiding up and air freshener. That being said they got a store to run and employees cant be everywhere at once.

Great staff and one stop location for your fur babies. You can adopt, take them to the vet, groom and buy all your pet needs!

Took my dog up here for grooming. They did an excellent job with him and he was a happy guy when we picked him up! Friendly staff, we will be back.

Staff is polite and helpful. Recently adopted a bunny and they gave me all the information I needed.

Brought my puppy up here for her birthday to pick out some treats and toys. The cashier always gives my doggy dog treat every time she comes in with me. Very friendly people here who truly do care about animals

We went looking for an APL puppy and took home a Black Lab that was saved by the APL. It was great service and good history on our knew addition.

Excellent selection of food and everything else I was looking for, including a backpack, for my new 6 week old Morkie

My dog enjoys to visit petsmart so I take her there when I want to buy the treats in person vs chewy. Com
