PetSmart, South Euclid OH

Really sad, every tank had dead fish. The tank with shrimp had a PILE of at least 10 dead shrimp. Many tanks had decaying fish, so they don't bother cleaning them after they die. I wouldn't ever buy live fish here. The bettas (which are often mistreated) looked like they hadn't had new water in days, filled with poop and most had fin rot. The "plant" decorations, were all dead in their tubs, and looong dead, the leaves completely transparent and liquidy. I understand that pet stores experience loss of fish and plants, but the fact it was clear that these things had been dead a LONG time was horrifying. At least clean up the tanks if they won't take care of their stock.

Went in for mealworms bought 100 came home opened the container and every single worm was dead and black. This is not the first time this has happened with petsmart

As we struggle through social distancing at this time, I was heartened by the professionalism and caring of the entire staff today. The store was immaculate, and well stocked all things considered. The staff was really helpful. Thank you PetSmart!

I would like to say a Big Thank You! To my dogs groomer Miss Rose. I love what you did with her hair. And going out of your way to make her feel comfortable.

Always pet food in stock. My issue is the prices. When I order food or filters on Amazon I pay 60% less. The staff there is knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Store is immaculate!

Good care at the vet, but expensive, and you get hit for another visit fee (69.00) just for the followup shot three weeks later on vaccinations

This store is incredible. The employees are happy and knowledgeable. I always receive exceptional treatment!

My girlfriend and I are new to the area and had both of our dogs groomed by Claire today. Our dogs are definitely not the easiest to groom, and they have been to multiple different groomers with no luck, however Claire did an absolute fantastic job. These pups have never looked better. Huge thanks to the grooming team! We will definitely be bringing them for all future grooming appts to this location.

My dog will only eat Duck treats from Petsmart. Its nice to take her for a ride to a place she wants to go

Very nice place. Always busy so dont get upset if it takes them a second to get to you. Dont be afraid to ask for help they for the most part are always willing to.

Had everything I needed except the frozen bil•jack, apparently they dont sell it at all. Pet store?

I always have to wait a while to get crickets if they don't have any already prepared. There is barely anyone ever there to assist in anything. Need more employees I suppose.

This is a one stop shop for all things pet. Grooming, training, supplies and vet services (Banfield). The staff are very friendly and seem to genuinely like animals. You can bring you pets on leashes for their safety but please, if they are agressive keep on mind kids like to just walk up with out permission, so it's probably best to leave them at home or if small enough in a cart.
Our puppy is well known here and we visit when we can, even just to give him a chance to socialize.

Great place little pricey but i was still able to find what i needed for a reasonable price and great customer service

We have brought our dog for few years for grooming. The groomers now refused to take care of her, as they feel 'uncomfortable' due to her cardiac condition (which is absolutely stable). They decided this after the dog was in the store for more than 2 hours, without clear explanation. Worse consumer service ever. Terrible attitude from manager

We really like PetSmart, always clean and a great selection of products. But more importantly is the wonderful people at Banfield Vetenary Services

Everyone working there is pretty nice. They have a ton of pet stuff and you can bring your animal in with you just to shop. We also bring our dog to the vet located in the store. It's convenient but expensive. Everything you need for your pet, but not at the best price.

Plenty of options for dog food, including organic brands. Friendly service. Coupons available. My coupon links are sent to my iPhone via text messages.

PetSmart in South Euclid OH is my go to Pet store.they almost always have what I am looking for and are great about offering advice concerning my 14 year old and 8 mo.old dogs.
