Very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little high on a lot of items, but you can find deals at times! Good variety of leashes and toys. Not a ton of variety with clothing and bath products.

This store sold me two sick guinea pigs because two days after bringing them home i had to take them to the vet an they had upper respitory infection had to give them antibiotics for seven days straight an i made a report to them an show them proof an promise me my money back an never contact me back its been over two months now so wouldnt buy anything again

Store was clean staff was friendly, but if I want to adopt a pet I can't even meet at 1 time how I know if it has a good disposition.what if we don't mesh I can just return the cat after I spent 100 donation?

It's your average PetSmart. This visit I was overcharged for an item and the (female) manager had to come up. Another customer came in and wanted to purchase a parakeet. It was extremely cold outside and the manager did not want to sell her the bird because of the weather. I was so impressed by this. Someone who actually cared more for the animal then making a profit.

My order was ready quickly & curbside pick up was a breeze! I received my order in less than 5 minutes of arriving!

New groomer did a good job with only an old cell phone picture of how my wife likes the dog to look.

Went to ask for donations or discounts for a crossfit competition called pump for pets supporting the summit country humane society and the manager Adam was very helpful and polite in supporting my request.

Inexperienced groomers, they all look scared and out of high school, horrible. Kept trying to use grinder instead of just clipping nails. That's just lazy! Then to say a beagle "nipped" someone. My dog has been there over 5 times, no problems. I had many dogs, even a pitbull.a muzzle is fine to finish the job. My dog has 2 paws horribly done and 2 not touched at all. Anyone that has given a good review was just lucky that day.

Adam was really helpful helping my daughter understand the tools needed and obtaining the knowledge needed to start an aquarium. It is her 10th birthday present. Thx Adam for helping to make a little girls birthday a, special one! Peace!

I trust Stephanie, the groomer, with my shih tzu. She does a great job on him and is the absolute best! She gives that personal touch and really takes care of him. Ace loves her and I will not go anywhere else and we moved to Brunswick. Thank you Stephanie!

Horrible place for any reptile necessities. Their bulbs are obviously made with cheap material because they routinely go out within 2 days. They never order enough worms or mice as they are instantly sold out when they get them. Multiple instances where I had to track down an employee to merely get crickets because they were busy on their phones behind the cat enclosure. This location seriously needs new management asap.

Love the grooming department everyone there is So so nice and explains all the different cuts they can do. They do seem pretty busy but they keep up with everything and do a great job!

Love this PetSmart! My favorite groomer is Scott! He's absolutely amazing! He takes his time with my fur babies and he's very professional and extremely polite! All positive vibes from this location!

Awful customer service did my appointment online they said it wasn’t confirmed brought shot records because the website told me that made appointment with the lady name Ashley and they said they could not see me because appointment is not confirmed how would I know this information if it I didn’t do it ask manager can at least get a discount on my grooming service next time he said no I inform him I was calling corporate he didn’t care call corporate all they did was give me a $10 discount off for grooming awful awful customer service I would not be going back here

Decent selection of products. One of the larger selections of fish when it comes to big box pet stores. Does not come close to some of the areas locally owned stores.

Petco is down the road on E Aurora Rd next to Burlington Coat Factory. The Petsmart in Macedonia Commons is still there. (near 5 Below)

If I could rate this store 0 stars I totally would. Staff not helpful at all. Was in the store for well over 20 minutes and no one ever approached me and asked me if I needed help. And about the Pet Perks, I was asked if I had a Pet Perks account. Said no and that was it. COME ON NOW inform your consumer on how to get a Pet Perks account. If you can't do it directly from your cashier, tell them they can go online and do it!
