19After making appointment, said they'd "try" to groom my cat upon arrival. Got a call to pick him up thirty minutes later for him to be picked up without receiving any service. Don't bother.
Macy in the grooming section is amazing.she takes such great care of my kitty, callie.she trims her nails so well and makes sure to give her pets and cuddles.i wouldn’t bring my girl to anybody else except macy! <3
Awesome selection However ordering online for delivery or store pick up is the way to save the most and get more bang for your buck
Take me off your mailing list i dont need the constant reminders that your vets KILLED MY DOG. Stop rubbing it in you sick people.
Online purchase and curbside no contact was a life saver for my kitty while I need cat food during time I had Covid. Thanks for offering this service!
Don't bother with groomers or vets at this location. Scheduled a grooming appointment online for an older dog, only to be told after getting him there that they wouldn't groom him due to his age and health issues. That is absolutely ridiculous. If you want people to book appointments online, include screening questions to let people know you won't groom older dogs
We came in 10minutes before the store closes. I completely understand staff not wanting people to keep them any longer than need be. But we new exactly what we came in for. A man literally asked us before we even entered if we knew what we wanted. I said yes. He said good bc we close in 5 minutes (it was only 8: 49…. So we had 10minutes) …. And then we felt so anxious being there… we looked at collars for 30seconds and went to the register to pick out a tag… I asked the cashier if I had time to do it real quick and she was like “as long as you do it by 9 I don’t care, I think it only takes 2 seconds” and was kinda rude about it….
I used to work retail so get it. But there’s no reason to be rude to customers like that. I would’ve understood if we didn’t make it to the register by 8: 55… but still
Pet smart is a great place to get your doggo groomed! They really care about the fur babies.
We had a fantastic experience here buying our new pet Hamster. There were several very helpful employees and there were plenty of options for cages and food and such for our new friend. We were very satisfied with our experience here and will for sure be back!
Had the treats my hamster needed and my two new kitten's Oreo and Peanut. There just 18 weeks old and there both tuxedo cats. Oreo black and white and Peanut is Grey and white. From the same litter of kitten's. So thank you petsmart for having there needs.
The team has always been helpful, manager is as well. Their grooming is typical petsmart grooming though of just affordable and not great. But everyone who works there seems very helpful when i do need assistance and have helped me frequently as a repeat customer there.
We were there to adopt a kitty. They won't adopt them if you will let it out. The adoption woman needs to get over issues. I get they just rent the space so I don't blame the store. Store was clean lots of dogs to say hi and pet if you ask. Seemed to be mostly stocked
Helpful and friendly staff! Large selection for several pets, many choices (so many you can get lost, or at least I can) but seems like they're always out of the specific item I've decided to look for. I think it's just spring & I've shopped at the worst times. Idk
Not a fan of big box pet stores and their treatment of leopard geckos. That being said.the Petsmarts I have been to are def the best at Leo caret and needs that I've seen of aby big pet store. They have a lot of great stuff as well. They will also March any sale price listed on their website
Milford store is the worst, no staff, and very rude, once Banfield vet left, it seems they can't seem to business.what a shame, petsmart you are handing your business to Chewy.com
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE FOR GROOMING! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! I will never be taking my dog back here. I had an appointment for 2: 30 pm and arrived on time. I dropped my dog off and hadn’t even left the store before they were already calling me to pick my dog up because they “can’t get him in the kennel. ” They claimed he “freaked out” and said they had multiple workers trying to get him in the kennel. My dog has never been aggressive or spastic in any way. It hadn’t even been two minutes since I dropped him off before they already wanted me to come pick him up. It was very obvious that they didn’t even want to try and get him in the kennel. I have taken my dog to PetSmart to be groomed multiple times at a different location and he never had any issues but somehow within the two minutes of him being at the Eastgate location he was “freaking out” The workers here are completely ridiculous and have lost my business!
I took my puppy here for first time grooming and the staff was great with him and friendly.
We come to this store often for other pet needs and the store is always clean, organized. The staff is friendly.
Went looking for some probiotic tablets for our 2 year old Pit mix, but they either don't carry them, or they were out of stock. If you have a pet that requires a specalized diet, however, there is a vast selection of different pet foods available for just about any appetite a dog or cat may have. They also offer fish, birds, rodents, and reptiles, along with the food and accessories that they would require. Prices are mid range.
My only complaint is sometimes employees are busy so you might have to wait for help. Still it's a good place to go for pets.
