Bought my gecko there. They didnt tell me that there were 2 kinds of Leopard Gecko (Normal and Fancy) in the same enclosure and that I picked out the more expensive one until I had paid. Also recommended me to buy 50 small crickets, which didnt cost a lot, but since my Leopard Gecko was still getting used to her enclosure, she didnt eat any of them at all and they all died within 5 days. She now eats mealworms that I got at Pet Supplies Plus, which are cheap and good, and they were $3.49 for 100 small worms. I recommend Pet Supplies Plus over Pet Smart. I also recommend for new Gecko owners, they might not eat for a few days, but buy them mealworms or dubia beetles/roaches first before getting crickets cause theyre gonna wanna chill and get used to their enclosure before they start hunting. Make sure the food is not bigger than the space between theit eyes or they wont be able to see it. (For those wondering abt her name, its Kamora)

I tried to buy goldfish for my aquarium which the associate told me I wasn’t able to for my specific sized aquarium because the fish will grow- which is completely fine…. The information I read online didn’t line up with what she suggested. She said each small goldfish needed 10 gallons of room- fine. But if you want to preach that why is your aquarium around 5 gallons and has over 100+ goldfish in it with 10% of them dead? !? Practice what you preach.

Just overall a good vibe here. The employees are really nice, I appreciate that big time. Knowledgeable and all around helpful.

Clean store, helpful staff, and they have local shelter animals up for adoption on Saturdays.

Jeremy has trimmed my cats nails only twice but I absolutely adore him. Hes so sweet and caring towards my cat. Second time I came my cat threw up cause he got nervous and Jeremy cleaned him up for me and gave me paper towels so i could clean my carrier. Just a 10/10 person and that was such a help. Anybody looking for someone to trim their cats nails. Go to Jeremy!

Always super friendly, very clean store, usually has something on sale that I could use for my pets, and love seeing all the services they provide in the store demonstrated.

I placed an online order yesterday. They told me it would take 24 hours to have it done. No big deal. I go to pick it up the next day and only two of my five items are there. They can’t figure out why and when they do they say due to the system it’s only showing part of your order. You have to come another time with more gas to come pick it up maybe when it’s done but I can’t tell you when. I’m irritated.

My wife and I have been coming here for years for our pets needs. Usually most of the staff here is friendly and helpful. Today though was the third time in less than a year that we had a bad experience with one of the managers (Corin) when asking for crickets. She is very rude, short, and has a serious attitude problem and has no business being a manager but with the way the job market is nowadays I guess employers take who they can get.

My family went there one day and there was a dead hamster, with no lights in his cage, and no food in his food bowl. We had to tell the workers. Lots of the animals don’t have enough food available. Ridiculous! Be better!

Pet Smart dog groomer Heather did an awesome job bathing and grooming my dog Pheebe. She was also very knowledgeable in the things that I needed to do with keeping Pheebe groomed until it's time to bring her back. I asked about what is the best flea collar and how often I should brush her down. Heather had an answer for all of my questions so I definitely will be taking my dog back to Pet Smart for her bath and grooming treatment. Thank you, Heather

I visited the salon where my large Aussie doodle received a bath & blow dry for $40. She looked so fluffy and pretty and smelled great! It’s a wonderful service for your dog! The salon technicians were so friendly and nice, as well as the cashier out front, super nice!

Petsmart is a place where me and my wife go for all our dog care needs. They have everything for every any domestic animal. The staff at the spring meadows location are very friendly.

They were great at getting my yorkie in for her rabies shot very nice people very caring about her highly recommend this place to anyone who has a pet that needs their check ups, shots and grooming needs very friendly awesome people

I waited patiently for the gentleman to be done with another customer to buy fish. He called for a co worker to come help me as he was taking a while with the other customer. The woman came out to help and she acted like I was inconveniencing her so bad she was whipping everything around dropping fish out of the net getting water and Stones everywhere. So sorry that I was inconveniencing her so bad at the store that employs her and writes her paycheck. She may have even been a manager because she was in a red shirt instead of a blue one like everyone else and if so that is pathetic customer service for someone in a higher position.

I like that we are allowed to bring in our pets. They were very busy but was assisted well and checkout was swift and friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

Heather, did a great job on daisies nails and grooming, her. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable to me. I believe Daisy enjoys going. She’s treated very well.
