P.F. Chang's, Beachwood OH

First time customer, Ordered through Ubereats and called to make sure they could accommodate my shellfish allergy as the app only gave the option for a “fish allergy” I was left on hold for about two minutes. While I was on hold my order was canceled! By the time the host picked back up she claimed there was no orders through GrubHub I explained it was not through GrubHub but through Ubereats and asked if I replace my order can it be made safely she suggested that she put it in for takeout instead which was completely beside the point so obviously I did not get food from here and won’t attempt again obviously.

We had such a good experience here! Our server, Quinton, was incredible and we will definitely be asking for him next time!

My daughter and I are both sick with food poisoning after eating at the Beachwood location 6/29/21

Food is horrible. Bland no flavor, not the like P. F. Chang’s in North Carolina. Almost seems like they cheapened their ingredients and it tastes like cheap Chinese

I tried to show them my coupon and they said it was a third-party coupon and they could have helped me figure out which coupon was for their store spending $65 to get 15% off I think they should have done that for me. That was a very expensive lunch

Orange chicken was very watery got it steamed with grilled chicken tasted like something I could have got for a third of the price at a Chinese place. Get the breaded orange chicken. I think the guy lied to me and said the steamed was better when it clearly wasn't

Nicole is the best server! She is amazing, our food was great everything was correct! 10/10 will be back and asking for Nicole!

The food was excellent the atmospheres great my server trayvon was excellent and they always have good specials and the drinks were good

Ordered thru Door Dash at work and what a great change from lunch sandwiches! Ordered won ton soup special requests honored and soup was amazing. Lettuce wraps terrific. Everyone enjoyed so much we're going for after work dinner this week.

Food was good but service was bad server didnt ask us how our food was, took until we were almost done eating for a iced tea, and didnt give sweet n low when asked for.

We took advantage of a promotion. All of us enjoyed our meals and appetizer. The place was clean, packed, and server was friendly.

Good but not for as much as Mongolian beef dinner is there should've been more beef. Also my taste for the lettuce wrap appetizer must have changed because I didn't care for them this time. But that's on me not them. The server did a great job. If I could give her five stars and the restaurant itself 4i would.

The service was excellent as was our server. The food was exceptional as well. An overall great experience and not extremely expensive.

Middle of the road, corporate Asian food. Good sometimes, not great often.

Nothing we have eaten is like it used to be and the quality and overall taste is not like traditional asian.

Expensive for the size of the portions. It's dressed up Chinese take out. I rather spend the same and have food for a few meals.

Absolutely love the atmosphere and food. Recommend this restaurant to anyone who love a good Asian cuisine.

Ate here on a couple occasions. Great service, and very clean feel to this location. The food is the typical P. F. C's, but would highly recommend this location.

Recently got takeout here and wasn't impressed at all. The service was good, though the food felt though it had been made two days ago and microwaved before served. Pretty disappointing.

Went with a large party and we received great service. The food was good and delivered in perfect timing.
