P.F. Chang's, Columbus OH

This was my 1st visit to PF Changs. The appetizers were great. We got the fried green beans, dynamite shrimp, and the wonton. The food was decent. It kind of reminded me of a high-end Panda express with sushi. What we also ordered.

Whoever the management team is at this Easton location is doing a great job. Thank you for listening to your loyal customers and more importantly making improvements! Your efforts are appreciated!

I’ve been a regular customer of this location for 19 years and the last couple years the delivery and pickup system was not very good.

I mentioned it to the manager (Josh I think) couple months ago and the last 5+ orders have been perfect, on time or early, and perfectly prepared and still warm.

Food was excellent. Service with a smile. Went close to dinner time on a Tuesday, late afternoon. Not very crowded. Atmosphere was quiet. Tried lots of vegan vegetarian foods. Excellent options.

My first visit was opening day for this resturant. I have been going there ever since that day. It is my favorite resturant ever. Always have walked away happy with the food and the service.

Been going there for years now. Went last week and ordered 6 dishes out of which 4 were pathetic (untouchable, left 4 full plate’s right in front of the Crew). No proper correspondence or replies for the feedback.

Work group lunch events each time I have been to P. F. Chang's. Group size has been between 6 and 10. I share this as it may be the reason for the timing.
The staff has been great at getting the groups seated and having orders taken. And then it stops, the wait, almost 40 minutes, one time almost an hour, for the food to arrive at the table. I know, large group, shortages in kitchen staffing everywhere, but not once did staff come back and let us know the timing of our order. After the food is set at the table, all goes great again. Drinks are refreshed, extra napkins are delivered, the table occupants are quite as all are devouring some very wonderfully prepared food. The portions are appropriately priced in today's market. And the value, for me, is extended that I will leave enough left over for a lunch the next day and be comfortably full from each meal.
The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The only issue, it is loud for me, and I sometimes I can not hear the people across the table for conversation.
Please visit and enjoy your time there. It is a favorite of our workplace lunches and we will be visiting many more times.

Courtney is absolutely amazing. I have a 15 year old daughter who has that "teen" attitude, and she made my daughter smile all the time we were there. She's so sweet and kind. Definitely will be coming back soon!

The service was excellent. The appetizers were awesome tasting The meal was perfection. Lots of flavor. The atmosphere was just right. Not too bright. I will be coming back

Tried several of the dishes this visit - Singapore noodles, Signature Lo Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Short Rib Fried Rice. All were delicious! Good service and atmosphere.

Sigh…$40 (one person) for flavorless dry fried rice. Honey chicken is chucks of fried breading with little minuscule pieces of chicken inside! Second chance (first time dine in, this time take out). If it wasn’t fo the friendly staff this would’ve got a -️

Bella was out waitress and was amazing as usual.we have had her each time we have come in and she is great!
Can't wait to come back!
Try the coconut pineapple ice cream with caramel sauce and fortune cookies.she introduced us to that and it's delicious

This was my first time eating at a PF Chang's. The atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant is pretty impressive, and the service was great. We ordered Appetizers, I don't remember the names of each one.
I order a combination rice and sweet-and-sour chicken. For the rice I give an 8 out of 10 the sweet and sour chicken I give a 6 out of 10. It had a weird taste to it. Overall I give the full experience 8 out of 10.

Been here many times, love the food and usually the service is amazing! We were seated and literally sat at a table for 20 minutes without so much as a "be right with you". First time I have ever walked out. They decided as we got up to leave to actually check with us. Um, no thank you!

I truly rather go to any other Chinese inspired restaurant. The food is mediocre, often bland (for the type), and often pre-made. They have a nice atmosphere and some fun stone horses in the front. That's it. That's just not worth the price.

We stopped in August 7 between 1: 30 and 3 pm for a late lunch. The hostess came out but didn’t speak to us. She walked away came back said it would be a few minutes so she could get a table cleared (the place was empty). We stood there for a full 15 minutes. She never said another word. When the table was cleared she grabbed menus and proceeded to walk to the back. I assume she meant for us to follow because she looked back at me as if to say, come on. After 15 minutes the table she took us to had not been wiped off. She got a rag, wiped it off, didn’t dry it, put our menus down and walked off. We took our napkins and dried it ourselves. She was scowling the entire time she was with us. Was she having a bad day, was she angry? We will never know.
If I ever walk in there again and this woman is at the hostess counter, I will turn around and walk out. No stars for the atmosphere!

Came here for a last minute birthday dinner. Carl was our server, he was awesome! He is polite, friendly and attentive. The food however was very disappointing. The fried rice was flavorless and taste like bland steamed rice, my honey chicken was unexpectedly bitter and soggy. My daughter didn’t like her lo mein which is her absolute favorite Asian dish. The shrimp potstickers were all we enjoyed.
Would rather go to Panda Express and save money. PF Chang’s used to be great not impressed with the quality of food now.

We celebrated our 51th anniversary.enjoyed the food selections, cashew chicken & chicken lettuce wraps. Taylor, our server was excellent in recommendations & service. A surprise complementary dessert was offered too.
