My wife loves getting her hair cut by Alyson. She is highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable. She is an excellent listener and has great suggestions to accommodate all your hair needs and questions.

Every time I've been here has been a great experience! The salon is always clean and smells amazing.
When the stylist who booked my appointment moved to a new salon, I was given the option of either seeing her for my appointment at an earlier time, or keeping my original appointment and seeing a different stylist. I really appreciated the way they worked with me and how accommodating they were. I have very long hair and before we got started, Alyson reiterated what I was requesting in her own words, so I knew she understood. A lot of people with long hair stress about the possibility of getting too much length taken off at hair cuts, but she took off just enough for my hair to be as healthy as possible.
They also have a pricing model that eliminates the need for tipping! So prices might seem higher, but they provide exceptional services, and not having to tip balances things out.

Alyson, what a burst of fresh air she is, she has cut my hair now since about December, she takes her time, listens to my concerns and frustrations. After a recent health bout, she cut my hair Friday, I was still feeling awful. My husband said, Oh wow you look great, she put your sparkle back.

I had a pedicure with Kaleigh today and I highly recommend booking with her. She was kind and professional, and did an amazing job. She paid very close attention to every detail and I felt very comfortable at this salon.

Alyson is so kind and accommodating. My daughter has curly hair and special hair care products and she goes out of her way to make the visit fit the client. We are always happy with our results!

I first visited pH5 Salon in December 2022. My hair was in a funk and I needed a change. After consulting with Alyson, I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and also a bit of free reign to do whatever she thought would be most flattering on me. She knocked my expectations out of the park! I have returned for cut/styles several times since then and have had more compliments on my hair from friends and family than ever before.

I had a haircut and bayalage service with Alyson, and I absolutely loved everything about it! Alyson was so kind, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted for my hair. A complimentary paraffin service and refreshment was also a nice surprise! Everything was great, and I absolutely love my summer blonde!

As a former hairdresser, it's nerve-racking to try another hairdresser. However, Alison does my hair perfectly. First hairdresser in 20 yrs that I didn't know personally to do my hair. Highly recommend her.

Blown away by my AMAZING waxing experience! It was my first time ever and after building up the courage to try it I made the decision to do it! No regrets in fact I’m hooked! Kaleigh was so professional, informative, and for me calming. The salon is clean and beautiful the room for waxing is welcoming and cozy. Im over 300lbs and was afraid the bed would be too small but there was room on both sides of me. She took her time and was very detailed. I will definitely be back and plan to take advantage of other services they offer! 10/10

They get 4 stars because they were extremely welcoming. It was very cold and smelled a bit musty but the service is enough to keep me coming back!
