Phoenix Coffee Co, Cleveland Heights OH

My FAVORITE coffee shop out of any I’ve ever been to in Cleveland and during any traveling I’ve done. Very quality drinks and treats, great prices for the quality, great vibe, and very relational employees!

As with all Phoenix locations, the coffee is acceptable and the setting here is quite comfortable. There are a variety of seating styles and lots of natural light. This is a great place to spend a few hours working.

This neighborhood coffee shop has all of the basics - coffee, tea and baked goods. It's also for a good vibe - a good connection to Lee Rd. So far, even when it gets crowded, there's been a sufficient number of open seats.

I do recommend this place to friends and family.

My favorite coffee shop. It’s always well lit and bright in there, feels clean, spacious, and airy. I love their coffee and pastry options. Makes a great place to come have a conversation, work, or even to read.

Best coffee! I buy the coffee and mail it to CA so I can drink Phoenix coffee when we go out to visit me pops! Can’t be without!

A great, local coffee shop. A bit on the pricey side, but the quality and the size of the company makes up for it.

Very nicely made coffees, in a nice comfortable space. Some customers are hacking away at a laptop, while others are talking with friends. The downside is the parking. Cleveland Heights will gladly ticket you a few minutes before your meter expires because why not, are you really going to go to court? And no, it's 2018 and you can't pay tickets online. Take Lyft to get here, or walk. It's cheaper than driving to city hall to pay.

Cute, spacious place featuring local art you can buy. Coffee is beautiful and delicious (mine was a swan). Experienced baristas and pastries from croissants to bagels to muffins. While you’re waiting for your espresso drink, be very Clevelandesque and read a bit of Calvin and Hobbes which is found on the counter opposite the barista counter.

I spend too much time and money here. Best bet for an open seat near a charger, among my frequented coffee shops. The baristas are the kindest people. Try the oolong tea.

Coffee is definitely potent and delicious. Limited food choices. Usually good music. Eco-conscious.

This Phoenix has gone backwards a little, they stopped serving breakfast pannini sandwiches! That was the staple of the area for a while. I ate 2 a week at least! Bring it back! Lol

We had not been in for years we stoped by on date night to reminisce the time in our lives when we went weekly with are children after storytime at the library. I must say it has changed no little chairs and colouring areas. It is definitely grown & sexy! We will be back to have a nightcap after date night!

Very hipster. Student oriented. Not very me but a good selection for the Uber healthy conscious or like the specialty stuff

Cozy local coffee shop. The staff is very nice and the drinks are good. They get fresh sweets and treats from other local Cleveland shops.

Nice staff. Great coffee. They'll make whatever you like. Parking can be a problem. The lot is in the back but usually fills up fast.

Had a great scone and cup of tea in a friendly atmosphere with smiling faces. Keep up the great work.

Comfortable local coffee house. Often mostly full. The stools and tables in front are at an odd height, but millennials seem okay with the requisite contortions.
