The therapists at Phoenix Rehab in Austintown are like family. They are very gentle yet thorough and take a personal interest in your life outside of their establishment. They are extra friendly and kind. The receptionist, Sierra is great she is a kind and caring person.

Very caring team of physical therapists. I have been going to them on and off for 9 months prepping for surgery. I finally had my surgery and can go anywhere I want for physical therapy and I will be going here. It doesn’t matter which PT I get, I get the same great care.

All the employees did a fantastic job, very professional and pleasant to work with, thanks for everything.

The staff are very friendly and patient. They explain what you have to do and also help you to make sure you are doing the therapy correct.

I had a total knee replacement. The staff is amazingly patient, kind and very knowledgeable. The receptionist is very patient with fitting around my schedule. I have to depend on a driver as I am not allowed to drive yet.
My only negative complaint would be that this business does not have automatic handicap door opener.

Phoenix PT Staff is awesome from the time you sign in they greet you, making you feel welcome to the “AWESOME “ Therapist that actually massage with their hands to feel the status of your muscle pain! They don’t put a machine on you and walk away they are there making sure you get the right care! I would definitely go there again!

Phoenix PT is definitely the place to go for personal, expert physical therapy. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, and really give 100% to help you in your recovery. They are always checking on you for your comfort and progress. Highly recommend them.

Everyone was very friendly. They took plenty of time to examine and explain each exercise and followed up by recording the results and tracking how I felt as I progressed. It was also a good time they would post a question for each week that everybody could get involved in, so not only was it a good work out but it was fun
