Tell me why they have a water leak in there apartments since September and they haven’t fixed it. The problem is the carpet gets wet and it smells like mildew and they won’t replace it! But raised the rent. I think the health department needs to be contacted WOW the tenants can’t sleep for mopping nasty water up all night

I moved in at the end of September within 24 hours of having the keys I seen a roach. 48 hours in I noticed an infestation of tiny red ants. I have been complaining about the pest since the 2nd day I moved in. Pest control has came out twice and it never seems to make a difference. My apartment is still infested with roaches and ants. My daughters bed had a roaches in it, her clothes have tiny red ants crawling all through them. My brand new furniture and bed has ants crawling all through them and I am ready to break the lease. My worry now is when I move I would be bringing the pest with me since they are now in all of our things. I attempted to get these things handled prior to moving all our furniture in and I was gaslit by the property manager Jasmine every video and picture I show her she acts as if she cant tell its a roach and pest control. Now that the infestation is getting worse, the only solution they can offer me is to undergo treatments in an apartment that I just moved into paying 1260/ month. Save yourself the trouble and do not move here. I am on my way out as we speak.

The facility changed management over 4 times since out initial move in date, shows the lack or responsibility and communication there was lack of. Maintenance took 8 months until the fence in back was fully restored. Pavement all over the facility needs be redone properly. Infestations of bugs and rats before move in, due to all empty units leaving doors unlocked and doors open that squatters felt the liberty to come and go as they pleased extremely unsafe for current residents. It’s a doable home for connivence.

Pet friendly, attend to all my maintenance needs, office staff is very friendly and addresses any issues……did an excellent job replacing my bathroom floor

I have lived here for 6 years, the previous owners, they were attentive to their tenants, but since the new ones I have seen many failures, they do almost no maintenance, I reported a leaking problem and it has been 1 week and without any response, but they are very demanding in everything but they do not contribute anything to help in my opinion they only care about charging

And they were very good people working with me nd my husband and help us alot to get us in our place thank u so much!

I sent Ina maintenance request and the maintenance man was there the same day. He did an awesome job and was very friendly and helpful. I have never lived somewhere that maintenance was that on top of things like this before. I love my whole experience here so far. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Also I would like to add that it is very peaceful here. It doesn't feel like I'm living in Columbus how quiet it is.
