Piada Italian Street Food reviews
19Always screwing up something, but their food is decent. Most common errors: 1) sauce and placement, 2) drink provided in kids meal, 3) toppings.
Stopped here in Columbus I've been to piada before. Played my accordion out front, not too friendly no smiles not a lot of happiness a lot of thumbs up but there were a lot of working people going in and out meaning they were busy people as well in the middle of a busy City life is what it is I'm more into the happiness of being and the joy of being there. Don't confuse me with Chauncey Gardner
It was good, consistent with other stores, the staff was efficient and friendly. Everything you want in grabbing a quick lunch to-go during the workday.
After eating here 1nce a week for 6 or so months the lazy and downright slow staff get on my nerves with their cluelessness and stupidity nearly every time
My salmon was over cook and they didn't include my Parmigiano sauce in my bag. They also had bad attitude.
Food is always good when I come here, but customer service at the pick up window is hit and miss. I make sure to ask for plasticware bc it won’t be in the bag and they always forget the sauce that goes with parmesan stick.
Horrible experience last night. The lady at the pick-up window was SO rude, I thought I was being punked. Not sure how or why she's in any type of customer-service field. I called the manager and she said they were short staffed. Everyone in the world is short-staffed right now! That's no excuse for horrible customer service. The Bexley location used to be so great. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Piada is a wonderful place to dine if you're in the mood for some good Italian street food. I highly recommend it.
Management is great even though they are short staffed, and the food is excellent. A little ritzy but to be expected for this level of "fast food"
I visited three separate days before I decided to leave this review. I'm always satisfied with my food. But I'm always turned off by a young, African American girl who always greets me and answers any question I have in a very curt and unpleasant manner. I'm always pleasant when I speak. I've done nothing that would warrant that behavior. I hope that this reaches her and that she will readjust her attitude and bring a more positive spirit to such a great establishment to eat. Thanks everyone for reading my communication.
I received hard al dente pasta with cold chicken and no sauce for the sides. Not great considering what I paid for it.
I've had similar experiences with very small portions and no utensils/napkins included in delivery orders. Also, cut down on the salt PLEASE! My mouth is literally burning from salt. I haven't tried other locations so I don't know if this "just the way it is. " I hope not!
Would give negative stars if I could. My co workers and I order from here daily but today Friday 9/3 @ noon, whoever was working the register and carryout orders was the rudest person I have dealt with at this place. Our orders are always messed up and we NEVER complain mistakes happen. We won't tolerate being treated the way we were today we were told she was sick of dealing with us then preceeded to cuss at me after grabbing my dressing I had to go back to get.
Speaking as someone who LIVES in Whitehall and ordered from this place tens of times: don't order here now. As of a out two months ago, they began skimping on the extra meat and the "Hor Fried Chicken" is now just REGULAR fried chicken.
The pasta taste like I made it from home, NOT restaurant quality. I don't know if maybe they had a staff change recently but go to the Piada on Easton or Morse instead. Don't let THIS location tarnish the Piada name. Not worth it.
Haven’t tasted the food yet. But the people that are working there 10/7/21 At 5: 15 pm. Are the rudest kids I have encountered at a fast food restaurant. That’s why people in line where walking out. This location needs good help. The food was ok.
Food is always good but management must threaten staff to give the least amount of veggies as possible. Doesn't matter who is working that part they are always skimpy! Good news is that when you ask for more they will give you more so still worth a visit!
I placed an order for curbside pick-up, followed the directions in the email and text message to let them know I was there, but no one ever brought my food out. So, I finally went to the drive through window to check on my order. They did have it there, one lady handed me my food and walked away as she yelled out for someone to bring my drink. So when they brought my drink, I asked about the curbside pick-up and he said they do have that. I told him that I checked in like 30 minutes prior. He handed me my drink, shrugged his shoulders, closed the window and walked away. Also, don't expect the Avocado Piada to have any avocados on it.
Disrespect black women and I am black, probably that’s why they treated me like that. I used to come here a lot and one lady made me don’t wonna be back anymore
Sorry to say but my experience was not so great. I ordered online when I get there I was missing most of of my bowl of which I ordered so I had to come back to get. Then when I get home to find out that I was given a bowl of the hardest uncooked pasta. Tried to call but no one never answers and when I finally did get a manager on the phone I was offered a gift certificate that wasn't even for the amount of my order which I never received. And of course when I called about it no one answered
