Piada Italian Street Food, Rocky River OH

This location has horrible management. They cater to online orders and make customers stand in line for 20+ min! Take care of the customers in front of you! Online customers will appreciate this even more because the food will be hot when they come, you have a paying customer in front you, use common sense. Portions are so small here, i asked for extra cheese and she gave me a PINCH, i had to specifically ask her for a handful. That was very weird, i mean give customers the toppings they want. You are charging premium prices for your food don’t be stingy on toppings!

Delicious food, amazing service. Had the avocado wrap and calamari on the side. Best calamari I've had in a while! Go here, you won't regret it!

Went to three different Chipotle locations with my friend. All were open with no food available like steak, chicken, etc. Decided to try piadas power bowl and loved it! Great service and quick in and out experience!

I paid $20 and watched as they barely wanted to give me anything at all. Also the quinoa and chicken was at the very bottom of the container so instead of refilling with fresh food they gave me dry chicken and quinoa. Also they should start covering the food flies were buzzing all around I highly doubt I’ll be returning to this location…very disappointed.

The workers here are very nice whenever I come. Every customer in line next to me was a rude POS. Not hard to be kind or polite people

We ate at another location a few years ago and I wasn't impressed and had no desire to return. But I tried it again because he wanted to. Boy am I glad I did. It was great I enjoyed it. I look forward to going back again.

It is the third time my online order/Window pick up is missing items that I was charged for. I ordered a BLT, Salad, Pasta, and Pepperoni stick. They didnt put the Pepperoni stick. Every time I order the BLT it doesn't have the items that I want, like today it was dry without any sauce. I called one time to complain about my missing items and the answer I got was (sorry about that. Have a good night).

This Piada is quick, efficient, and kind. I just ordered a giant piada with double calamari and it was done so quickly and sis put GUMPTION into wrapping that thing up. This location always seems to have workers in sync and they are nice to customers. The man who started my order was very nice and was balancing so many different tasks at once. The older gentleman who was cooking was keeping up with a busy store and was smiling at all of the guests. Not 5/5,10/10.

Only negative is they cannot accept tips… this is a service industry please let me tip these people for going above and beyond.

Want some Italian but don't wanna go to a restaurant? Say no more and go here. This place is bangin. Seriously the food is so tasty, it is chipolte-esk style where you can order your pasta and add what you'd like.

If you go through door dash etc you're a bit limited in options but it's worth it even then. Better yet go there and you can put some broccoli in there like I like.

Staff is super friendly, helpful and patient.

The decor and vibe in there is nice too, not like a cold fast food joint, it's very rustic feeling and perfect for a quick meal without being served.

Cool side note is the Italian soda machines!

It can be a bit on the pricey side if you compare it to other fast options but if you just want good food this is a great spot. Highly recommend!

Piada is a perfect place for a takeout dinner of pasta and garlic dough.
We always go after a movie date.
When you want something good to eat that's not fast food but good food fast.
Sometimes you just want to get home and talk about the movie and chill.

I decided to give Piada in Rocky river another try today after having a bad experience last week. I walked in to the restaurant and there were no people in front of me. The employees did not even greed me instead they seemed to be working on orders for online business, all 5 of them. After not being greeted at all the folks behind me walked away. I wanted to walk away as well, but decided to stay since I had already been waiting for 10 minutes and finally they got my order. The workers in all stations but cashier were very rude. Regular bowl with 5 pieces of grilled chicken and cold Parmesan stick. I honestly thought last week was a flaw, but today just proves that this location has changed. Customer service does not seem to be a priority at Rocky river Piada and it is honestly very sad because I used to love this place.

Came here last week, the food was amazing and I got some for the kids I watch. They also loved it! Definitely will be coming back soon. Highly recommend if you like different pastas.

So it looked as tho they just went thru a dinner rush got there around 8pm and although it looked like they were over it. We got fresh food fast service and they weren't mad at us being there like other restaurants. I give the team that worked 3/5/22 a+

Had the Pomodoro Bowl. Added some artichoke and it was very good. Didn't realize garlic dough had cheese in it. Not sure if they have a dairy free bread option.

I’m sad to write this because my family loves Piada. I placed my online order that said it would take 10 minutes: after paying $40 for my food it says it will be 1 hour. I sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting on my food. Drive 30 minutes home to find I didn’t get the extra chicken I paid for and only had about 4 crumbs of chicken in my bowl. Very disappointed.

I always get exceptional service with great food! This is my favorite good food, fast. I truly appreciate the staff, I come back as often as I can.

Food was great. Reminds me of an Italian Chipotle type of atmosphere. Had minor issues with staff (communication issues and employees who did not know how to make the food). Little bit on the pricey side tho so better watch out

Great food as always.can't complain when you're practically making your own bowl! Seemed a lil busy & short staffed when we went in, but was handled well by the 3 employees that were present.
