The staff is always kind and helpful whenever I have gone to visit them.

Never can get in touch with anyone on the phone bc there's to many options when you try to call it should be a little more simple to get a real person on the phone also they can be very rude

Never able to get answers for anything, suspend your license and take you to court several times even when your paying and prove to the courts each time that you are

A lot of bot reviewers here. This place is terrible and nearly every worker should be fired.
These women act holier than thou while being barely educated. They also act like gossips at the front desk. I know one of my reports wasn't really anonymous.
They also manage to change things very randomly (like my mom's Birthday) for no reason at all. They appear very incompetent, even the Ohio means jobs part was rude and unhelpful. I felt gaslighted when I told them circleville lacked jobs but they told me there were all sorts of what wonderful jobs. (While only telling me about McDonald's and Walmart). I don't know what these women's motivations are but I know it isn't to help you when you're in need.

These people are always timely and efficient. This time they even called me back when they got additional information pertinent to my situation. Service Excellence at its best.

Most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. They are suppose to be there for the public, but they are not. Terrible Terrible people!

The local phone number they post is useless. I've never gotten through never had any recordings anything. Pointless to use this number at all, better off going in person. I got through on 800 number an documents they sent show same useless number
