Was scared to go usually spend all sooner at pool but health reasons want able to. They were very sanitary with make and cleaning at breaks. Kept mask on all day. It was worth it.

Always a great place to hang out with your friends. Staff is always friendly and maintain area clean.

I got off early from work and was only able to swim for less than 45 minutes. I checked the weather before I left and it said hardly any rain. Yeah that was wrong. It was stormy and we all had to leave. I asked for a refund and was denied. This is horrible customer service.

No food served which is such an inconvenience but they allow you to order food in and call you when your order arrives. Great for all ages

Nice pool. Places for shade for those who don't get in the water much. Plenty to keep the kids entertained and a decent sized area for others to swim or sit on. Price is also reasonable and pool is preheated.

I went there with my kids to get day passes, and found out that, due to high attendance, only season pass owners could go in. However, it wasn't even busy. I was told only a certain number of day passes are sold each day, so you have to get there early. The city of Pickerington has now decided to implement some ridiculous rule to punish people who don't want to spend over $300 on a pass that will only get used a handful of times. I'm not mad at the pool employees, just the higher-ups who make these decisions.

Very scant for such a large town. No snack or drink stand, only a vending machine. Needs significant improvement.

There is a splash pad area, two diving boards, and two small slides. Ample shade and seating. I can understand that charging a daily enterance fee makes it easier to keep track of who paid and discourage rowdy people coming just to hang out/cause trouble;however, I wish there was a discounted "chaperone" fee. I only go to watch my son swim.

This is our 2nd year a Pickerington city pool. We purchased a family pass. We are extremely happy with the pool and staff. We have never had any issues and the kids always have a great time. Thank you

The worst experience I have ever had. My children and I arrived at 3: 25pm. While we were getting ready to in and the pool was closed for emergency maintenance (poop in the pool) at 3: 35pm and closed for the day! They refused to give us a refund. They said they dont give refunds for any reason at all, gave us a card, and said to call someone to discuss it with further! Do not go to this place! Oh and they don't have lockers. What kind of community pool doesn't have lockers!? !? !?

It is a fun place to hang out with friends but the vending mechings are usailly out of order or out of almost everything.

Came here for swim lessons for my kids. The pool is very large and just beautiful. There's a host of different depths, and a play area for little ones. It's pretty handicap friendly, with enough room for clearance walking around the pool. There's also a thing to help lower into the pool if you need it.
Lots of lifeguards too.
The bathrooms/lockers are fairly small, and I don't know how easy it would be to get a wheelchair in there but they're clean at least.
There's 4 or 5 handicapped parking spots and plenty of room for everyone else as well.
