Everyone were friendly and courteous. I suffer from dentist anxiety and they managed to make feel more at ease than previous appointments at other dentists office. I have already recommended them to a friend.

From start to finish PFD was not only respectful but also very understanding and kind. They took the time to help me understand my dental insurance, they called me 24 hours after my appointment for follow up care and to answer any questions I may have had. It was a great experience. I have found my family dentist!

I love Dr. Smith, she makes me feel comfortable and explains everything so well. Amy is the greatest too. Actually the whole staff at Pickerington Family Dental are great!

Greeted immediately, taken to the station where I was worked on by very personable dentist, cast was explained & finished in no time. Next visit & time it would take explained to me. I spent more time in the lobby playing with an adorable 4 year old patient with tons of energy who told me her entire adventure with her dentist than I did with my entire appointment! I love children! She made my visit twice as enjoyable!

I love service from start to finish! They have explained everything, showed me the pictures of my tooth and gave me different opinions of what I should do to prevent my teeth from getting damaged!

I scheduled an emergency appointment and they had an opening the next day. I took that opening and the dentist lady is the best dentist I'll ever put my money on. She did a root canal and I was clenching the whole time due to past experiences with other dentists root canals. I didn't feel a thing and she only poked me maybe 3-4 times for numbing! Others in the past, poke like 10 times and I felt it half way through! I couldn't believe how good she was. Maybe because I had all male dentists before.highly recommended best dentist to ever do work on teeth.

Dr. Smith is amazing in both skill and in care for her patients. She is committed to mitigating pain and offers the best solution after listening to the patient. Our family don’t ever want to find another dentist! Why do we drive such a distance since she moved? Because she is the absolute best.

This is a tough review. The dental assistant was the nicest person that I have ever met. The dentist was also super nice and knowledgeable. But I need a root canal in a wisdom tooth and have not slept or eaten in four days due to the pain. I figured they would have read my chart and provided some pain medication that I could take. I have stage 2 liver disease due to an autoimmune condition and cannot take NSAIDs due to the liver issue. Furthermore, I explicitly put it in my chart. They prescribed nothing but antibiotics. When I called, I was told to take max strength Tylenol. Thanks, but that's malpractice. Tylenol and liver disease do not mix. You don't tell people with liver damage to go take mass quantities of NSAIDs. That's just dangerous. If you can't read my chart, I can't have you provide care as you're going to damage my health.

Was schedule same day dental extraction with a wisdom tooth that was killing me over the weekend everyone there was kind and courteous great doctor

Very friendly atmosphere. The tech was very nice and was gentle about cleaning my teeth. Exrays were not as uncomforable as other offices. I have actually been hurt by exray techs before, because they were too rough! Dentist actually gave me some personal attention that made me feel like he really cared about my teeth and my whole experience. Discussed what the plan would be about my denture and ongoing procedures, that need to happen within the next year. Never had a dental office treat me this special before. Much different from my other experiences with dentist! So far I would want to send all of my family and friends to their clinic! Thankyou!

Dr. Smith, and Sierra were amazing today! They answered all my questions patiently, and throughly. Very personable and professional!

All the staff was great. The atmosphere was welcoming. The dental hygienist, Sierra, was gentle and professional. The dentist, Dr. Smith, was caring and pleasant. I highly recommend this office!

My last appointment was very good. It was a same day add on scheduled appointment. It seems to have been an infection under 1 tooth which caused extreme pain to my mouth, jaw & teeth which also caused my head to really hurt. The Dr did the examination and gave me the needed prescription to resolve the problem. Thanks to them seeing me right away, I didn't have to go into the weekend without receiving the needed treatment.

My consultation exceeded my expectations. Dr. Smith and her staff were top notch and I will be having my procedures done with them. No need to look any further. I would highly recommend their practice to anyone looking for a dentist - especially since I don’t like dentists at all but Dr. Smith changed my mind.
