Picnic's Pizza & Grille reviews
15Great food, great service, makes a real contribution to the community, especially providing employment opportunities for the young people.
Simplistic meets Good Old Fashioned Greatness! We had a pizza with all the fixings. Let me tell you, we Will go back for more. The ingredients were very fresh and the taste of the crust is SO good! Plus, the crust was crispy the whole entire pie.
They have so many good ice cream offerings as well. We got a soft serve vanilla for the way home.
The tea I ordered was out, so the cashier had no problem switching out the tanks and running it until it was perfect.
Absolutely friendly service and staff was very sociable.
The drive through was busy for pickup orders the entire time.
It was a good choice stopping in here. Burgers, tenderloin, and pizza was all good. Very quick and friendly service.
I'm not normally a fan of Supreme Pizza, however these folks make a Great pizza. We also got a Hawaiian Pizza that had a touch of cinnamon on it, which was a delightful surprise.
They say they are opened at 11: 00 but when I called them they say they don’t open until 4: 00. Anyway you could change that?
Really good food. The kind you used to get in the by-gone days. Mushroom Swiss burgers, pizza burgers, ice cream treats and lots more. Really great service, too.
Who would eat a pizza that's half cook and doughy like this? It's unhealthy to eat raw pizza dough let alone to be able to sell it. How can a health department pass a food joint that sells half cooked food? In the photo I also posted I'm holding the piece of pizza by the dough.
Edited part
The owner told me this is how they cook their pizza and also didn't even give the full refund of the pizza and delivery fee when my fiance had to drive all the way back up there to take the pizza back in! What a joke of a pizza parlor if you ask me.
New to town
Picnics pizza and boneless wings are delicious. On Mondays until end of summer offers free ice cream cones. Drive up window very convenient
I haven't had Picnics in years, and was in the area and decided to stop in. It blows my mind how someone can buy a thriving and great business, and turn it into a mediocre, unorganized mess with terrible service. The wait for food is inexcusable! Half the menu is gone, and why they close at 8pm on a Saturday night is even more mind blowing. This used to be a family sit down restaurant with a good vibe and great customer service. The old owners knew their customers and had a relationship with them, and their employees reflected that. This will be the next business in Arcanum to shut down if they keep this up. Take advantage that you are the only pizza place open in the area.maybe make a little more of an effort in turning this place back into what it use to be.
Love the chicken! I never try their pizza because I can't get past the chicken. Just order before 7: 15 pm because won't make any after that time.
Sorry! No pics this time around! Food was great. Order was ready at time they quoted. Service was polite and quick. Our new favorite place! Beats the chain pizza places easy!
Very poor experience, I love to support local, buy I think this place will be a pass from now on.
Terrible service, minimal condiments on sandwich, was told be done in ten minutes went back after ten minutes was told it would be another ten minutes. Lobby still not open.
The young people who work there are always nice and personable. The food is good and reasonably priced.
Just got a large deluxe pizza with extra cheese at Picnic's through the drive up window. No customers inside. Great pizza, unbelievable amount of toppings. Great job!
