Carlos did a Great! Job assisting Me. Pick up day for gift was on Fri 1/19/24. I arrived at 1: 35p during a winter storm, but they were closed. I did call several times before going to store because of bad weather, but call went to voicemail. I wish they would have emailed or texted Me, they would be closed due to weather. I'm hoping to get an email or text tomorrow, which is Sat 1/20/24 if They're going to be closed. I need The gift by Sat.for My Son, who's Graduating from Herzing University as an RN. I understand things happen, it just would have been appreciated to get an email or text before driving all the way to the store in bad weather. Thank you.

Went in for a personalized Christmas gift. They designed the wine glasses with a name and artwork. Design was approved and paid for. When we picked up the glasses only the name was present. Half of the design was missing and off centered. Due to having to leave town, my wife took the glasses. Waste of money.

Awesome customer service I got a personalized cutting board for my sister and it was great quality it only took an hour for them to make. There was a screen so i could see him making my design. The associate I worked with (Carlos) was very helpful and patient with me. I definitely recommend this place for gifts!
