Pier 11 Boiling Seafood & Bar, Whitehall OH

Had a party for our great niece. Service was excellent. I had wings. They arrived larger than expected plus hot and perfectly cooked. Very happy with the experience.

The seafood did not have a taste and was drenched in butter and very little seasoning. I've had way better.

My 1st experience here was horrible. Honestly, I was with a party of 18 people so I can't blame the restaurant. So I tried it again SOLO at lunch. The food was beyond HOT temperature wise and seasoned to very well and the noodles was a hit. I truly enjoyed the customer service too.

The customer service was outstanding and the food is remarkable and delicious the restaurant was very clean and neat. I really appreciate how Clarissa took very good care of me and made sure I understood things on the menu and I usually order to go but this time I decided to eat in the restaurant. Not a good experience at all. The shrimp was overcooked and the crab didn't taste fresh. I got a bag and the sauce was watery and under seasoned. This place has definitely fell off from when it first opened years ago and it was the only one on the Eastside of Columbus. I will continue to go to Cajun Boil!

Hospitality was top notch. Waitress was very attentive, great attitude and informative. Bartender was top teir, great attitude as well as attentive. Would recommend to anyone and I will be back when I'm in the area.

Not sure what’s happening or going on at this location, but for the last 4 or 5 orders my food has been unacceptable. I ordered 2 days ago and my c1 tasted like pure salt it was very greasy and distasteful, me and my children didn’t eat it. Told management and seemed to be dismissive about poor service. This will definitely be my last order.

I didn't even know this was here! I love crab legs and the flavors in the ones I had here was great! The oysters were good, but the horseradish sauce has something to be desired. I'll will be back though. Very good service! No wait

The server was great outside of that, terrible experience. Ordered the C4 with an extra 1/2 pound of the snow crab. Bag arrived with spoiled shrimp. When I alerted my waitress, she kindly apologized and said they would remake the bag with shelled shrimp. She then walked towards who I assumed to be the manager who looked over at the table but didn't come over. The waitress brings what was supposed to be a new bag out. Immediately, I noticed my half eaten potato and the yoke left from the egg I tried to eat but had fallen apart. This was my same bag as before. The bad shrimp was picked out and replaced with shelled ones all in a pile stuffed under everything else. If seafood is spoiled, the whole bag should be discarded. Nothing was done outside of the waitress apologizing. She said it should have been a fresh bag. The woman she took the bag to came through the door on the phone and looked over at the table with a mad look. We got the bill, and the extra crab was still on it. Our waitress corrected it, and we left.

The waiter I had was awfull she was sleeping on the tables and after she kept on her phone and forgot that she was serving the tables absolutely awfull we request for butter and oil and she forgot all it's a girl with afro hair

I truly would have walked back out, but I was there to celebrate the birthday of someone I love dearly. There is no excuse for what I observed. How do you charge for fountain drinks that no one ordered? I'm glad I didn't order anything as the complaints from others were insurmountable. There are too many options here in Columbus to spend your hard earned money on. Please do better! I'll never return.

This place was horrible! The shrimp from a boil bag was chewy and the crab legs I could not get the meat out of the shell! The hush puppies were just nasty, long johns silvers are better! Then the waitress was just too slow! Won't be going back there!

Not the best boil I’ve ever had but being this was Columbus OH there wasn’t many options. Overall food was good price was fair.

Server was okay, the male server did not have on a belt. Not a great look. Food was ok, crab legs had a weird after taste.

I ordered the lunch special with clams, noodle, a potato and a corn. The mild pier sauce tastes light with lemon aroma, but I’d like to get more salty and spicy ones.
