I've traveled this part of the country many times, even through the New York state where it can get pretty crazy. This Pilot Travel Center is by far the best.

Vehicle filled with fuel, place to rest myself, place to clean up, filled with Hope & rest.

Clean safe and I enjoy being able to relax outside and eat my food I purchased from your store. When I travel I go back repeatedly to where I can feel safe as a woman and yours has been the 2nd in this area so far. Old school is the best school. Kudos!

After getting back on 80 noticed that I had a text from my credit card company: "Did you just charge $151 at this Pilot". I had to get off the highway to answer. I texted back "No", and got a text back that said that's okay we'll just cancel this credit card and mail you a new one. This is all while I'm driving from Minnesota east to SE PA to my mother's funeral, and I needed to use that credit card. After looking more into it, the fraud person at Visa found out Pilot had done a pre check for $151 before I got the $41 worth of gas. Usually this PreCheck is only a dollar to see if your credit card is valid before you get gas.

Got right up to the fuel pump.shower not so good. Shower head is on the wrong wall.but good water pressure.store well stocked and clean

Frederick stop they have good prices the foods tasty and they're pretty quick on being fresh they have a large variety of things pre-made and fresh paid

Love this place so much grap to look at and the people that visit this places are out this world lol

It's the same as the rest! Bathrooms needed tending too, staff could have been nicer and efficient. Too much complaining between co workers, and definitely too much conversating amongst the workers and customers.

Great place with a lot of parking spot The most important thing they had clean showers and it’s easy to come back on I 80

Clean Showers and great water Pressure and of course Hot Water were all above standard. Definitely worth coming Back.

My favorite. Quiet clean parking. Only big trashes next the building, not around the parking lot. Problem some lasy uneducated drivers will trow away around.

Great new big parking lot. But NO trash around! Fortunately this time no nasty truckers drop bags. Please, it is an emergency. Trash needed around this nice parking.

Pilot sucks.they take advantage of there customers (truck drivers) ever chance they get. Over priced tools, food, fees out the as* for everything.boycott pilot

Nice roomy lot, easy parking. Friendly and professional staff. Saw the manager out sweeping up the lot (not a fun job to do). Older pilot, but a good one.

Overall staff was nice and polite, but for the low rating it was due to the locals that was in the store was told to “go back to where we came from” and that they didn’t take too kindly to “my people”. Still not 100% sure to what he meant. Then was later told by the same group of people that they would know if I came back. I’m hope it was just a joke or they were just intentionally being rude.

Can't pay for McDonald's with points. They will give a discount but it's like pulling teeth. Maybe pilot should get someone else.

The checkouts are odd especially if you get in line behind a trucker using a fuel voucher. Slow

McDonald's they have there stinks go thur at night order and they seem to say can't make that right went for fish during lint, and poof can't cook that right now. Or there frappe machine always seems to be getting cleaned in the evening

Getting gas at the pumps the machine asks for a rewards card and seems to take longer than other gas stations. It is a chore.
