Pilot Travel Center, Beaverdam OH

I keep notifying staff and management of unhealthy, and unclean conditions, but they just offer a different shower, or apologize with no change, or explain that I am the only one using Hydrogen peroxide to check their showers, and that what I am seeing is a chemical reaction with their cleaner. No! This is a chemical reaction with bacteria. At best, your microbial disinfect is a catalyst. The foam is caused by the bacteria interacting with the Hydrogen peroxide. Look at the dead bacteria in the residual near the drain. You don't want to take responsibility for your actions so, I will exploit your incompetence until it changes. Notice that the toilet seat is not clean, and there is residue in the toilet. They did not even try!?

I used to love going to this place, until someone in the staff stole points from my ''My Rewards'' card, worth of $400.64. I called customer service and they don't want to refund my money, the said they are going to watch the footage of who did the transaction but it is my problem, I should be more careful. How? You got all our information on file, and you are telling me you can't help me if someone from your company is stealing?

Stopped for coffee and I bite to eat. Let me say this, I will never stop in this filthy truck stop again. The area around the coffee was disgusting, and the McDonald's Hamburger I ordered was the greatest hamburger ever, nasty. That was the last McDonald's I will ever eat.

Stop at the truck stop to get fuel and order MCDonalds. Order a triple cheeseburgers and two fish and the fish was put together very sloppy. Tarter sauce was on the box and not the fish! Manager was very rude with the customer’s and upset because I asked for a refund for the fish! Will never stop at another pilot truck stop.

I just want to let you guys know I had some excellent customer service from a young lady named Betty that works here at this pilot, she's very professional)

Figures it would be my luck that they had no showers working that day because there was no Hot water so We took a walk with our dog Bella over to the Dollar General store and to McDonald’s to grab something to eat

We are here again getting McDonald’s for lunch and taking Bella out for a long cold icy walk and then running to the Dollar General to stock up on some supplies

Love this truck stop. Visited the McDonald's restaurant inside. Had a slight issue with my Big Mac, but was met with politeness and courtesy when I asked for it to be corrected. Definitely would recommend this location.

They always keep their bathrooms really clean and I probably been to at least 40 different locations all over the country

Had a bad experience at the McDonald’s.employees were acting very childish gossiping, starring, and making gestures with there heads to other employees to stare at me and laugh. It felt like middle school all over. I am a trucker and have been coming here for years but I will no longer be coming here to fuel or buy anything anymore. This happened on 12/9/19 at about 5 pm. It was a man with what looks like flame tattoos on his arm and two other young women.

I spend thousands of dollars at pilot and flying j and give them 95% of my business by choice to not be able to pull into a spot as the entire parking lot is a sheet of ice and almost fall 3 times walking into the store. I figured I would atleast enjoy a nice shower.absolutely not. They have the heat turned all the way down and I’m freezing wearing a hoodie in the room. I figure the hot water will atleast warm the room up some.wrong the water wasn’t even warm. Time to start exploring other truck stops and taking my business elsewhere.

These pilots are really go on by the wayside Last couple pilots I've been in including this one Coffee condiments being told they're not Ordering enough and another You're surely not gonna be the best coffee on the inner state for long Loves is catching up And passing Them because coffee prices are going up at pilot and there are offering less flavors do not Ordering anough

Is it just me or pilots always have grumpy people and why drivers pay for parking I really don't know why that's why I always avoid pilots always I'm in a pilot once a blue moon they don't deserve my business

Service is decent. Bathrooms could be cleaner. The staff is really friendly. It is can be a pain getting out of the parking lot during peak times.

Would have gotten a 5 star but the men's bathroom was dirty needs scrubbed not just wiped down. Gross in between the cracks

Pilot is the "top dog" for coffee on the interstate. They advertse that and they earn it day after day. I was watching every exit for the Pilot signs. Interstate coffee is generally weak and been sitting on the warmer. Pilot has it figured out with the single serve machine. Pilot deserves an award for this contraption. Better than a barista and no tip needed. This is american ingenuity or i hope it is.

Only thing I'd change about pilot is service for truck drivers. I'm always in a hurry, we're always on the clock and time is always running out. If you had a cashier for fuel and scale. And another for just stuff we're getting then that would be awesome!
Also if PJ was really fresh. I mean how much money did they spend to make it look like it's on a stove top, but not really?
