A squad that gets it going and when there is a line that's because one of the cashiers is making sure the customer has everything they need.that's what it's all about and that's why I keep going back

Clean inside but outside room for semis was really lacking. Very nice Cinnabon employee. Clean showers, great subway experience.

Nice store on the inside. Women's bathroom needed cleaned badly! Fuel pumps are horrible! Truck at the pumps (which we were behind) sat their 30 minutes and then finally came out of the store so we could get fueled up. Their was trucks sitting at pumps and in line for fuel with no drivers cause they were in the store. Something should be said to rude drivers!

I stopped today and while getting oatmeal and coffee, Mr Mark walked up to me with a smile that would belong down south. There was an awesome peace around him and I instantly recognized him to be the manager.
I spoke that to him and he replied how could you tell and I replied that I have learned to discern people and I even know what kind of leader you are by the attitude permeating the premises and by the smile on the faces of your employees. The place is well kept and deserves a top rating.

Subway refuses to serve non comniest people. Only seven cominest face muzzle wearing people. Not only that they were only wearing one face muzzle when the new cominest rule requires you to wear three face muzzles. Pilot serve me no problem or complaints for pilot

They don't carry Freedent gum or Sonoma cigarettes. The night girl is very friendly, but there's always weirdos in there at night. Always a line inside, but they have a good soup selection - problem is, it's not always hot.

Only giving it 5 star because of Tony the guy that's clean the lot. Great man great spirit he helped me with my truck cool guy a raise is what he deserve can't come across good people like that now days

The manager on duty was serving at the check out counter about 11: 24am. He was very cordial friendly and you could tell he was smiling behind his mask and he made eye contact as he wished you a good day.
That was a very refreshing check out experience, awesome job man!

Highly recommend, get the pilot travel app and save 3 cents per gallon and get other rewards for coffee drinks and snacks.

Constantly over filled, to many trucks all day, always a long line for fuel probly because fuel is cheaper in Ohio and everyone coming from the east has to stop here and its the last pilot on i70 in Ohio going east

Pretty great place, but the premium wifi was down or they just don't offer it. That and my fuel discounts are the only reason I come to pilots. Please fix it!

Wide selection of drinks and foods and friendly staff. Plus enjoying those low Ohio gas prices before traveling back into PA. Plenty of parking too.

Friendly staff great coffee good food. Clean restrooms and showers. Plenty of truck parking. They do sell beer at this location, however there is a better selection at the Marathon across the street.

Probably one of the best Pilots I’ve been too! Place is clean, service is great, facility is well maintained!
