Went to McDonald’s and I understand they are short staffed so you want us to use the kiosk ok cool for one make sure it works and don’t get mad and have attitudes because a customer asked a question

I hope everyone who works here never makes more than minimum wage. Place is a dumb every time I end up here

I reserved a shower from the phone application, it was indicated that I was the first in line, after a while I checked and saw that the reservation was canceled, reserved again and again after a while the reservation was canceled, after that I went to the checkout to reserve again and already there I found out that the showers were not working. Everything would be fine, but during the time I was waiting near the showers, a worker passed by me twice and said nothing about the fact that the showers do not work, I consider this attitude unfriendly. And because of this, I put such an assessment.

Place was decently clean and coffee machines all seemed to work. The large white woman employee at the register does not ask if you have a rewards account, making it feel like you’d bother her by asking (even though it’s not the customers job…). When I asked her to scan mine she said she couldn’t and refused to tell me why. Extremely frustrating since Pilot J is usually great.

It took me 15 minutes to pump 18 gallons there's no reason for the pump to be that SLOW. And there was only 3 cars pumping fuel

The parking lot small only less than 20 trucks only and No shower. No shower. Accors the street have big parking lot, TA but, with No shower too.

Employer can’t tune on fueling pump. I went 2 times to cashier to fueling my truck. At the second time Jordon rude me. I don’t know why.

The ladies that work there in the evening are very rude. They were in the cooler saying hateful things about me because they didn't have their signs right on their water.

They need more employees, the pumps need fixed there's constantly issues with the pump not recognizing def handles are hung up. The passenger side hoses need to be extended so you can actually fuel without issues and def pumps should always be infront of fuel pumps. Not many pilot flying Js near this location and this one needs addressed immediately. Too many issues for far too long. Most people say go somewhere else but companies fuel at certain truck stops and this is a last resort and only option.

This place is total disaster, no showers, no coffee, no McDonalds, not clean at all, no laundry, no parking spot. I don’t know what else should you look here for.fuel yes.

Me, my fiancé and his buddy were traveling 3,000 miles cross country while they were on leave from the military and we stopped for gas, bathroom and a car charger. Simple stop. My fiancé’s buddy goes to pay for the car charger and handed the cashier 2 twenties for a 28 dollar charger. That’s 11 dollars and some change. He got one dollar back, and when he asked for the rest of his money she insisted he only gave her 30. She refused to check the cameras or give him his money back, and after arguing we finally gave up and left as we still had 30 or so hours of driving to do. She then came out to harass us, accuse us of stealing, and even took a picture of my fiancé’s license plate. She was rude and incompetent, would not bother going to this place, I suggest the gas station across the street. The name of the cashier is Lori, but I suggest a legal name change to “Karen”. Couldn’t rate 0 stars, one will have to do.

I just got off work and I went through the drive through at this McDonald’s and I witnessed the girl wearing gloves while she took the orders took my card got drinks and prepared food WITHOUT changing her gloves or even washing her hands. Pretty disgusting if you ask me

Very nice store thats always clean. They have everything you'd want and then a whole lot more. The options are endless from drinks & food to souvenirs & car accessories to ohio state merchandise & gorilla duct tape.

There should never be a time when a Pilot can't provide hot food to a truck driver. McDonald's is Drive-Thru only, and not allowing truckers to walk up to window. Roller grills are empty. Two extremely overpriced deli sandwiches in the cooler. I'm not sure how nutritious these Cheetos will be, but thanks for at least having those. 2am 10/30/20

Has everything you could possibly need or want! From blankets, pillows, pesto bismol, oil, fix a flat, to CB radios!

Very clean, lots off choices. Cold and hot food. Fountain drinks, slushies, lots of varieties of coffees and creamers. One Cashier could be a little more friendlier and appealing looking and deffinetly could clean under her fingernails. JS
