Pilot Travel Center, Marengo OH

I travel to pilots around the United and this pilot is Super Clean! Everything is organized. Their holiday spirit is top notch! I had to speak with the manager who ran this Pilot by the name of Robert just to tell him how phenomenal of a job that him and his crew is doing! Up!

Did a 10 here
Arby’s for food.
They are advertised as 24/7 but they are closed between 2am and 7: 30am.
They have beer
They have a laundry room
There are 5 showers.
Paid parking is in the back corner of the lot.
Grass is high in some areas, so not a lot of places to walk dog

Extremely disappointed, I drove for 11 hours, I waited for a shower for 2 hours, I'm going to have to sleep without taking my long-awaited shower after working hours! I'm definitely thinking of switching to Love's because this isn't the first time this has happened to me in a Pilot, very disrespectful for a customer! Negative stars if I could give!

Had to stop before I fell asleep driving. Ended up falling asleep in lot with lights still on. Knew it was a good idea to stop there, cause when I woke up they had the battery cables I needed. Gotta laugh about it.

I went to rest stops for a week. Living on a budget on the road. Finally, I decided to splurge. Even with the hunger and anticipation of fresh food. I still couldn't help but be disappointed. Sad inside.my Pilot let me down.

Laurie's a peach. She's got the friendliness of a hyena and the welcoming warmth capabilities of a butcher block. What a joyous person to be around.

Very nice and clean place.service is excellent and the cashiers they are so fast and friendly.shower and restrooms very clean. 4 star's for the people who works at the arby's restaurant If I could, I would give them zero stars.here I waited 19 minutes between placing the order and being given it.the manager wow her attitude was upset because I asked for the fresh and hot potatoes.the place is disgusting and the service is lousy. 4 young people working and she and they can't do it quickly and well. I'll never go back.in addition to the fact that the portions are quite small for the price.

Ok place and staff is friendly and fuel isles are ok but not the cleanest.

The shower was clean but lacks a good maintenance guy or when they have one I don't want to see his own house he is living in hahah.

Worst place ever I applied online an Robert said we have no openings I just checked online an it said 10 openings available screw u pilot get ur managers inline

Clean and well lit, but no employees were at the register. Waited a few minutes and looked around before leaving a delicious cup of hot cocoa at the register. Such as shame.
