Pilot Travel Center, Caldwell OH

One of the worst pilots ever 3 operating fuel pumps. To get service you have to wait until Becky is finished admiring an pendant. Then her mind freeze in the middle of handing over a recipe because she's distracted. Very small parking lot. Don't even stop you'll lose an hour easy

This piot has the cleanest fuel isle I have seen in a long time they have a very nice man who keeps this place top notch no garbage on the ground all the garbage containers were empty and clean thank you Pilot your grounds person does a great job I will be back soon!

One of the cleanest Pilot in midwest USA. Showers was clean. Personnel was friendly.
Wish truck parking lot was bigger.

Easy to get in and out of when fueling. Price of fuel is usually very competitive.

Cleanest shower I've ever seen, then I noticed even the outside was really clean also. Behind the parked trucks is filthy, at most t/s, but here it was clean. I don't do reviews. But l think you need one. Best little t/s. Keep up the great work.

I've got to say the showers in this store are amazingly clean. Even the vents had no nasty buildup on them. Other pilots could take a lesson from this one.

Very busy plaza. Pumps had an issues reading my card which was extremely frustrating. Fueled up and stepped inside to get some snacks and attendant was very friendly. Exiting the stop was congested at the intersection due to trucks blocking the traffic light.

Don't forget to clean out your ice maker palette would it melt to water it don't taste right sometimes because if it's not clean you can get mold a minute and fall down in my cup keep your ice machine clean you're not the only one I go to love two

Great place if you don't have to park a semi here. After 1900, forget about it. Even feuling is a cluster. One drive for in & out with tight quarters parking on both sides so if one guy does something ignorant.

The Pilot truck plaza was convenient from the I77 and on a warm reprieve on a snowy winter evening. I bought gas and used the restrooms which were modern and spacious.

OMG! This place was a wonderful pit stop! My husband and I both we're very happy with this place. Between the people, the care of the facility, and the selection. We'll definitely be stopping by again soon.

Went to the Arby in the center. Got a chicken bacon swiss sandwich. Service was quick. The sandwich was delicious. It was very messy and it wouldn't stay together, but I just used plenty of napkins.

The entrance to the trucking area is crowded with drivers going in and out. The entrance and exit should be separate for trucks to streamline the process. Stupid, inefficient design.

Great place to stop for a quick bite an snacks for the road, plus they have a Arbys within the store which is awesome.

Very small extremely dirty and unfriendly staff. If you're a truck driver pass this one up you'd be better off to stop at a Love's
