Pilot Travel Center, Sunbury OH

Stopped by this store and I was very impressed. It is a very clean store and their employee's were very courteous and professional.

Decided to reserve a spot here because they had a Subway.
Put 100 gal in truck and parked.
Subway closes at 9: 00 allegedly.
Bought a fresh frozen sandwich, beef and been burrito, had to wait for coffee to be made, they were out of white sugar. Threw out the sandwich (after it thawed was extremely dry). Yup, should have parked across the street for free. Employee were fairly nice, I think they said too short handed to keep Subway open. Really, millions of people out of work and they are short handed.
Also have been trying to call Corporate for 3 days (in evenings) usually 30-40 calls ahead of me, then when it gets to my turn, I get a recording telling me to call back later. (which is at least 1 1/2 hrs on hold at a time)

Went to subway, employee asked of I had a mask, I said no. He asked if I could use my shirt, I said no and walked away. Basically refused service.

Excellent place to fuel your car and belly. This station is a little difficult getting out of to get back on the highway.

Shower was nasty, looked like floor had not been swept or mopped in few days, garbage on the floor, I did not was the toilet looked like it has not been cleaned for a week.

Showers down, will be down for 4 days. I was waiting on a shower for 1/2 hour, no sign saying "out of order". I finally went to cashier and asked about it, thats when i found out! Screen only said that I was 4th in line for shower. If I knew about it I would not have wasted my time! Other than that it is a nice facility.

Other than its a convenient place on the highway to stop and get gas, i do not recommend going inside. Horrible customer service, the building was filthy dirty, and the Subway inside had flies flying around on all the food which was also not fresh.

They have everything you need and more if you are traveling or need to stop at a convenient store or gas station. They have a wide variety of drinks, snacks, and many other items. It isn't the easiest place to get in and out of, but nothing is on this exit.

I visited this location many times in 2018.

Stopped here twice on a road trip. I give it 5 stars due to they had a restroom which i needed both times and coffee that i needed both times lol. It's exactly what you wouls expect and nothing more.

Wouldn't let me take a shower. I've been driving for hours. But because I'm not a truck driver they said I can't use there showers. That's a good way to loose business.

The 1st met the counter was very courteous and extent me pick up a free coffee very much appreciated

Both the men's and women's bathrooms were disgusting! Get your gas, if you need.but there's a Rest Area just down the road

I absolutely positively love Pilot Travel Centers. They have such a variety of things for sale at all times. Not to mention that you can take a s h i t, shower and a shave for all under $20! Who can beat that? If you spend so much on gas you earn free points which will get you a free shower if you're a truck driver

I visited there last week the 3rd shift girl Trea was amazing. She helped me with everything. She was very polite. I will defiantly be back. Thank you pilot.

It's like any truck stop pretty much. It's smaller on the inside.

The TRUCK PARKING AREA IS A VERY DECENT LOT SIZE.

Also if you like to shop they now have a OUTLET MALL right behind/side it. You can just walk over!

Pilot Travel Center I don't want to go on and on about this place because it's really just the gas station although I will say I was shocked to learn that they do offer showers for truck drivers which I thought was really nice because I know that some of them are on the road for a few days so you can always stop at your Pilot Travel Center and get a shower who knew

Goofy set up for big trucks. Only 1 way in/out. Limited parking. Clean store and restrooms. Friendly staff.

The Staff there are Freindly, Helpful, & it is Handicapped accessible, Excellent Travel Center, For cars & Tractor - Trailers

Very friendly staff, the facilities are always kept very clean, and it’s a plus that there is a subway inside

Easy on/off access. A lot of space between pumps and rows, handy for RVs and those towing. Anything you could need on the road inside. Snacks, beverages, accessories. Friendly staff. Hot food on site.
