Pilot Travel Center reviews
31I stopped for fuel and food yesterday, And as always I got great service and food. I told the young ladies behind the counter I miss their smiles as they were all wearing face mask. When I got to the door they pulled down their mask and smiled and said thanks. It made my day. Thank you
Half the fuel pumps not working, breaks at pump. Jammed up getting out. Note to self. Don't go back.
Icee machine was not working. One of the ice dispensers was not working. The hot chocolate was way to thick. The cashier was on his phone not only when I walked into the Pilot but also when I was ready to check out. I really dislike Ohio.
Very dirty bathroom. Unsanitary coffee station. Big disappointment to see during the quarantine order. Now is the time to keep things clean and safe for all people! Manager was informed today 04/11/2020. She behaved carelessly. I will try to bump this review up the chain of command.
Dave Phillips is amazing! His customer service skills should readily be adopted by his counterpart, (hence the 4 stars) but alas ignorance is bliss! Thank you Dave for the warm and inviting welcome into your store and the pleasantries when leaving, you really know how to brighten a person's day and it was definitely needed.
25 hour Wendy's but didn't have any more hamburger so had chicken witch was very good. Very good polot to stop for truckerd6
Stopped in for fuel and coffee. The parking is a mess and needs repairs like yesterday. The fuel islands were terrible with trash everywhere and no cleaning supplies for the big trucks. However the store staff were nice and very busy. I sure hope PILOT/FLYING J spend some time and money to repairs.
What can I say it's a truck stop that gas usually pretty good price. They have food inside decent coffee to nice place to visit tonight place to stop clean bathrooms it's a very busy place. Prices are reasonable and it's right on were immediately off the exit easy to find easy on and off of the inner state I love stopping here
Iove pilot stores. My daughter is collecting snow globes from the states she has been in. Very few places carry them.
I always know I'm halfway home when I pass this before getting on the highway. Sometimes I'll stop for a coffee or snack. It's a truck stop/gas station that is cleaner than most and has all the snack/drink offerings to choose from - what more could you want?
Gas, and snacks, has a cinnamon in it which is a plus, also good coffee
Coffee, cinnabon, lottery tickets
Store is to packed with product barely any walking room. Fuel islands are covered in diesel and grease as usual drivers doing 30 minute break in fuel islands. Just all in all a store I avoid unless it's a fuel stop per my carrier.
Smelled really good in here. The bathrooms were clean. The twizzlers weren't soft so my travel mate had to choose other sources of sugar. I also noticed that the colorful buttons were all depressed on the Cosmic Brownies. The coffee was good and I was excited about the caffeine shots packaged like creamer.
Dirty as heck. The food on the grills were expired by 2 and a half hours. The restroom had 2 stalls without paper. Just dirty
Large Pilot with a decent selection of food and other things. They also have a Cinnabon shop inside which was delicious.
Great place to stop when traveling. Clean restrooms and many food choices if you're hungry. Wendy's is also attached.
Decent place. Have to be extremely careful, many drivers speed through the parking lot with no regard to anyone else. It's a tight setup. The stores usually beat and tidy.
Hard to get too excited about a Pilot Travel Center. It is convenient for me because it is on my direct route to 71 South. Gas prices always seem pretty reasonable. And if you are a person who likes outlet malls it is very close to the Lodi Outlet Mall.
Dont like the initial deposit taken off your credit card which is credited back later.culture shock initially!
