Pilot Travel Center, London OH

As a lady truck driver I look forward to my shower with relish. Upon entering this facility which already has problem with the app. I was told they arent allowed to hand out any extra towels. I was shocked. It's bad enough we drivers deal with traffic weather and a lot of like warm at best water I cant help but wonder why no extra towels? We are captive to truck stops and spend lot of money on internet fuel and products. It's not like we have a lot of choice. What happened to catering to drivers. I am sure we even bring products to you! I am so disappointed. Such a small luxury taken away. The only reason to park here now is waffle house

Showers have excellent water pressure. But! Major and minor wall damage in Shower #5! Allowing moisture penetration, which will cause mold on drywall behind tiled walls. Actually poor tile installation is noted with stall, cracked tiles, mold accumulation visible on grout in various areas. Pictures provided.

I spent 680 on fuel for the week at this location and i haven't got 1 reward point in return of fueling. Its everytime i come to this location. Truckers check your reward points after you fuel.

Worst Pilot ever.dirty restrooms Auto Diesel is not separate, service is VERY slow at the Arby’s. I usually always stop at Pilot, won’t be stopping at this one again

This place is a joke. Casino commission should make an immediate ticket to the manager. Some people like Connie who stated to be a manager should not be working with customers. She is just.not right for the position.

Great place to stop a d refill more then your car got good food people are nice definitely takes some of the stress of traveling away

There are panhandlers here, was asked twice for help with a similar story. The shower was clean but it did get cold, first time running out of hot water at a Pilot. We were refunded which was nice. Staff helpful and friendly. They also have the bean to cup coffee grinder! Try it out if you haven't.

They have great coffee and snacks. A much better place to get a cinnabon than going to the mall. They have a big selection of fountain drinks and coffees. Well worth the stop.

Competetitve fuel prices, store inside offers coffee bar, Cinnabon, snacks, souvenirs, books, Arby's, big clean restrooms, ATM and much more. My only gripe is all the gas stations I encounter that charge for air for your vehicle tires!? ! Paying for air? Face-palming the absurdity: o (

Got charged twice for the same product. I showed the product being taken out of my account, but I had to swipe again as the manager stated I was only preapproved.

Would always stop in when I worked in the area. The place was clean and the staff friendly.
Most of the time their coffee station was well stocked but there were definitely times in the morning that it was a mess/missing a number of things like cups and creamer.

Very clean, lots of choices. Well lit, feels safe. Arby's inside, as well as lots of gas station choices including soups and a salad bar as well as the standard "roller food. " Gas was 10 cents cheaper than other stations.

The pilot is ok, but Arby's managers are horrible people. They don't care about the food. They fold under pressure and serve sloppy sandwiches.

Very busy place, but nice people they do a good job prices are typical as any Pilot you know there's just some things that should not be bought at the truck stop

Nice clean store. They have just about anything you need when you're traveling. Would be 5 stars but we got 4 pieces of pizza and the crust on all of them was raw dough.

I like Pilot. Unfortunately this particular one will have its roller dog machine is out of commission for three weeks, so I will have to find another one to stop at.

Store Manager Wanda is super experienced, she helped me to get my points when my pilot app crashed and wasnt processing my company card

11/17/2018 - My wife and I visited there to go to the restroom. When I went into the men's restroom, I thought the restroom was clean. However, my wife had an asthma attack from the fragrance used in the restroom.

Parking was good, they serve nice tex Mexican at checkout with custom bartos. Shower had a lot of pressure, you have to go to checkout to get a key since it is a road ranger.

Not a very good pilot. Laid out poorly, staff stands around and chats while customers wait in line. Parking lot rides like a dirt road, crappy wifi and staff gets rude if you ask questions about service.
- well looky that. TA has 5 bars of wifi.and I bet they'll be happy to sell me 150 gallons of fuel. Sorry pilot/fj.might wanna think on this.and yes, I emailed corporate.
