Tracy Montel is an excellent property manager. I have been satisfied with my apartment and the price is reasonable.

I lived here for a few years. Very quiet and the property is well kept clean. The property manager (Tracy) is so sweet and very professional and will address a problem quickly If you have an issue.

Recently moved in and I love the apartment. Property manager was very respectfully, responsive, and professional. The neighbors are also very friendly.

I recently moved here and I love it so far. The units are newly renovated and the community is nice. Tracy the property manager has been wonderful, she helped me a lot throughout my application process and whenever I have questions she replies in a timely and professional manner. Shoutout to the maintenance staff as well, they are awesome, quick to help me with any issues I may have. Overall, great place to live!

This is literally the best place to live! It’s quiet no problems! Tracy is so quick to help you out with anything and the move in process! She cars about the apartment complex and people do if you ever looking for a apartment call Tracy!

Places look fantastic. I thought that they weren't going to be all that great because of the area, but as i got closer and closer it didn't seem to get bad at all. Tracy the property manager was an absolute sweetheart. Definitely the nicest woman I've ever met. She was great about explaining everything and really helped me out and everything.

The application process is smooth and simple, and everything in the apartment is newly renovated. I also love the environment and it is very peaceful.

My experience living here at Pine Grove has been great. The manager Tracy is very professional and she really cares about the residents. All of my maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly. It's also a pretty quiet community.

This is my first ever apartment and it is very clean and organized. Tracy the landlord was a big help with getting me situated and is amazing at answer all of my questions and made sure everything was in top condition on the day I moved in.

The area is a quiet friendly little community. Apartments are spacious. The laundry room has very nice machines and easy to use. Convenient to interstates 270 and 70.
