Horrible experience here! Would not recommend at all.
1. Good luck having water
2. No communication with residents over outstanding issues or financial questions- or if she does respond it is purposely when they are about to close so she wont see it until the morning, very unprofessional.
3. Office is only at her discretion despite the open hours posted on the door.

0 stars. Dana has been extremely rude, and unprofessional when it has come to the finances in regards to move outs. When asked to provide certain details, information or documentation she refuses to do so. Good luck getting her on the phone as she doesn't answer, and always locks the office when they are supposed to be open. She will make up reasons, or policies but fail to provide anything that backs it up. Scam scam scam. Wouldn't recommend. And I really hope you don't expect to have running water because there are more days than none that we wake up and your water just doesn't work. We have asked Dana on multiple occasions, but again good luck getting any competent help or a response.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. Dana the property manager is the definition of incompetent and unhelpful. It’s unfortunate that property managers use their title to scheme hardworking individuals out of money and then become extremely disrespectful when asking questions.i would avoid at all costs!

Just moved in a couple weeks ago and love it so far! Dana is awesome, she was super nice and walked me through the whole process. It's quiet and no one bothers anyone else

Very quite and country feel but only minutes from town. Great community for walking and/or running!

Wow! This place has improved so much! The owners have made huge changes and all the new homes are so nice!

The property manager Dana was very fast to respond. She is very professional and nice. The community is clean and well managed. The home she showed me was very clean and nice. It is definitely worth the price!

This park is so quiet and nice. I never have problems. It's the best trailer park around. It's affordable housing even with the increase in cost of living. The office manager is great at her job and gets things fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
