2Was here yesterday and set a bralette with a pair of underwear (set) on the counter to be checked out for and come to find out when I got home I never received or was charged for the underwear I put on the counter with my bralette.
Went to Victoria secret to get sized for a new bra after the birth of my daughter I have gained some weight and needed somthing bigger, couldn't find anyone which is unusual there usually all over the store. Noticed a lady folding underwear to be honest she didn't look presentable and was chewing gum which I think is unprofessional didn't even know she was a employee till I got closer told her how I just had a baby and wanted to be sized she measures me in the store says I'm a 38 c there's no way because I'm currently a 40 D and needed bigger so I left because I felt like she was just trying to get my sale went to torrid instead they measured me helped me try on bras exc I know the store dosnt go bigger then 38 but I would of bought online from you guys unfortunately you've lost a customer
