Stacey is the hygienist who works with me when I have an appointment. She is friendly, kind, personable, and above all, professional. In fact, all staff here I describe the same way. They all make the experience of going to the dentist a positive one.
Dr. Kottman too, is very personable and professional. Her expertise keeps me coming back, as well. Thanks to all at Pinnacle Dental.

Staff promptly acknowledged me when I entered the office. In a matter of minutes, I was escorted to the treatment area. I received a thorough dental exam and prophylactic cleaning by Stacey and Dr Kottman. All my questions were thoroughly answered and I left the office with the date of my next exam! Simple and sweet!

All the staff that I have dealt with have been wonderful. They are all very professional, but not stuffy. They are very kind people. Dr Kottman is very caring. I had a dentist for years that I loved. He was great. My insurance changed and he was not in network with my insurance. I had to find someone in network. Am so glad I found Pinnacle Dental. I couldn’t have chosen a better dentist.

You will not be disappointed with the care you receive at Pinnacle Dental. From the minute you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff makes you feel like family and not just another patient. They take their time, are very gentle, and explain everything without making you feel incompetent about your oral care. I left another practice years ago when they made me feel ashamed and left my mouth hurting for days. Dr. Kottman and her staff have always treated me exceptionally well, and they didn’t make me feel embarrassed even after not seeing a dentist for years because of my poor treatment. Best Dental office ever! Everyone is incredibly friendly and caring from start to finish. They will go above and beyond to provide outstanding service to their patients, and I have never had an issue in the 9 years I have been going to them.

All the staff are courteous and respectful. Very friendly. Watching Dr. K and her hygienist work on the putting the crown back in my mouth was like poetry in motion. Very in tune with each other. I am very pleased with the care I receive at Pinnacle and highly recommend them. You won't receive better care and treatment anywhere else!

Every one was very kind helpful and excellent at what they did. The new insurance girl needs to learn what coeds work with what treatment so you can get paid in a timely manor.
