Pins Mechanical Co, Columbus OH

This was our first time visiting any of the Pins locations and what an awesome time. If you have not been, I strongly suggest you go. This is a very laid back atmosphere, filled with mature and drama-free individuals. I love how minors can be in-house until 8pm. It allows for families to do family things. These kids were having a blast!

Atmosphere: You have got to look into the history of this place! You can see this next to "The Cage. " I love history and this location does not fail me.

Employees: Let me tell you about a few of the employees. Elaine, Jamie, Josh, and Avery were so helpful and professional.

Elaine took the time to explain everything to us when we got there and was always there when we needed something.

Jamie, thank you for the history lesson about the business! You certainly have that part of the job covered.

Josh, you did great! You were always available to help someone and always kindly greeted them.

Avery (sorry if spelled incorrectly), you were always moving and hustling. I don't think I every saw you not moving and staying busy.

Again, thank you to all of you for the awesome experience for us out of towners. I will certainly be coming back to this spot the next time I am in Columbus.

We hosted our summer picnic at the 4th street Pins Mechanical location. From the beginning planning stages to closing out our tab at the end of the night we received top notch service from Nick, Anthony, and Chili (also our wonderful servers).

We loved having so many activities for all ages to join the fun. Our group had a few lanes for duckpin bowling and it was such a blast! The lawn games on the patio were a hit too. 10/10 recommend hosting an event with Pins! Great location, drinks, service and overall experience:)

Gave us extra duckpin games because a lane wasn't working right. Would like to see order style simpler pinball machines with less busy layout. More isn't always better.

Great outside area with lots of activities. Swings, trash can beer pong, seesaws… awesome! Staff was friendly and helpful finding the best local beer options.

Such a fun place to hang out, have some drinks and play fun games. A hidden gem in Columbus!

An absolute fun place to be. Getting older and going to normal bars gets old and the crowd is shifting. But Pins is just an absolute blast for everyone. There is so much to do and the staff is very helpful and kind. This is an amazing place to take any one from a date to just hanging out with friends. I'll definitely be back.

Another place I've typically driven past heading to work. My original plan was to visit another place, but there was a line to get into, so I thought to give Pins a visit.

Nice layout and very open, with several bar stations. Extensive selection of beers on tap. With good service.

Pinball games are modern multi-level ones, and typically $1 for 3 balls. Would have liked to see a couple vintage tables.

Lots of activities, like Duckpins and large sized Connect Four. I went out to the patio, which is like an adult playground seesaws and swings. And I did take my turn on the swings.

There is no food or table service, but they typically have a food truck or cart that you can order from.

It a good place for friends to go and have some fun.

Not terrible, but not great. Whatever charm Pins had in the beginning is now lost as it has been duplicated around town. Still a fun joint, but if you are looking for chill a place where you can hear people within your party, look else wear. I will continue to go, but just less than in use to.

Their cocktails are so good here but a little pricey. I enjoy all of the game options as well as the seesaws and swings. You definitely won’t get bored here. I got food from the Italian food truck which was delicious. I recommend the lasagna bites

I love this place! Very entertaining and is a great time for all ages. My nephew loves spending time playing the games here and the service is fantastic every time we go. I highly recommend pins to anyone.

One of my favorite places to go! The staff is outstanding and the service is nothing short of the same. Whenever I have friends and family in town, this is the first place I take them to for not only the drinks, but all the games they offer too! Highly recommend if you've never been

This was a fun place to meet people! I found out I really suck at pinball. Swings are a nice touch to end the night.

Came to celebrate Teacher Appreciation night after finishing my 2nd year. Bouncers at the door were on a total power trip, said my ID was fake because I “took too long” telling them my zip code. Asked for anyone else who could verify and was told there was nothing they could do. Horribly rude. I’ve always had good experiences at the other locations, but I will not return to the downtown location.

2 staff members brought my dog a goodie bag with treats, disposable water bowl, and a tennis ball. He has since proudly carried that ball around the house. Any establishment prioritizing their customers and pets earns 5 stars, thanks guys

Very relaxing environment and great atmosphere for hanging out with your corporate team! The staff was so welcoming and made us feel at home!

I Would go here once every week or so when I’d get off of work early. I will not be going back. I lost my drivers license and was told I was not allowed to enter even though I had the paper print out of my new license from the BVM and a passport.
