Ive ordered so many different parts from this company and never had any type of issue ill always do buisness with them

A very negative experience with this company.
I received a crankcase that turned out to have a hair line fracture in the main output shaft bearing casting. It leaked and made the transmission unusable.
The seller has not responded to my request for a refund.
This is very unprofessional, and has cost me a lot of time and money.
They don;t even deserve one star, but I cannot post this without clicking something.

I called Mon. 22 2024 at 1pm after on hold for 30min. Iam told my call was being transferred only to be told there closed. Sad use to be a good place to get parts.

I have called several times looking for a part, but get the answering machine. Saying, I'm #1 but nobody picks up. This was the last time I am spending time to call them. I guess they don't want my money.

Great service and helpful staff. Have brought several parts from them. I imported an engine for my harley-davidson from them and they made it so easy.

Poor customer service with online ordering. Impatient, unkind, don’t seem to want to help. Apparently, I’m not the only one who thinks so.

Worked here years ago. Wonderful company. Had some health issues. Wanted to post photo of one of the owners because he had the best sense of humor. Definitely a bunch of nice owners, managers, and workers. They are very strict about what gets listed and picked.

To lady that got dented tanks all you have to do is make space in your freezer and fill tank with water and let it freeze and it will push the dents out

I ordered a Kickstand safety switch for my V-Star through Ebay. The price was right and it arrived super fast. The part was in great shape and works as it should.

Came in looking for parts for a project bike.
Bob met me at the front counter and was very helpful.
Was helpful making sure I had the right parts and even looked over the condition of the used parts for me.
Definitely would recomend. Looks like if you need it they probably have it.

Great to deal with. Video documentation before donor bike disassembly is awesome. Reasonable prices.
