Pipe Dreamz, Youngstown OH

Regular glass seemed to be either really expensive or average price with no difference in quality. Shop was also sold out of a lot of things, according to employee and the empty spots I saw. Employee gave okay recommendations about products but continuously said they either didn't carry or were sold out of superior products. Finally employee charged me for 2 things when I just wanted one of them.

Great shop. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. The variety and selection is top notch and their prices are beyond fair!

Super nice staff, great products at great prices. It's a great place to go! Will be going back

I haven't been able go there, was wanting a price guide for herb smoking bowls and price guide for Hookah looks great on here.

Ok. So. I just had my first visit yesterday and let me just say… 10/10.5 gold stars.

We did not immediately find it from the road when we turned it, but then figured out it’s in the side. Duh lol. The shop was beautiful. Clean. Best selection in town. High end glass in pretty displays. Everything is displayed. Anything behind the counter you can see. Nothing is out of the way or hard to see or get to.

The woman who helped us, Bri, was super knowledgeable and cool. Very kind. Sharp dresser. She gave us the low down on the products and prices. Was friendly and funny.

She helped us find a product to fit our needs. I included some pictures of what we ended up getting. I think it was about $30 for both. Which is half as expensive as the other places I’ve been, for less quality product. Their stuff is worth every dime.

I’ve tried some other places in town, but it had bad experiences. This is absolutely where I’m going from now on.

I gave them two stars for the good costumer service when you about to purchase something.you have to test your stuff at the store otherwise it could be bad and they won't return it. That's what happened to me.

Today was our first visit to the store and after our encounter with Darrin J we will definitely be making the trip over again. He was very knowledgeable with all the products in store and is definitely the right type of person for a store like this. He pulled anything we wanted to see out for us without a second thought. He also made excellent recommendations without being pushy. If you're looking for anything specific I highly recommend going to pipe dreamz and talking to Darrin J. Thanks again Darrin! The gentlemen working here when I first came was very helpful and EXCEPTIONAL at customer service HOWEVER.the ladies there the 2nd time I came in didn't greet me at all I had to chase her almost and was very disappointed by her disinterest in anything
Also the price for the pieces are basically 3 times more than if you just ordered it yourself

So i stopped in to Pipe dreams and had a few questions about things. The man with the real beard was EXTREMELY helpful and super knowledgeable able and took the time to make sure i got what I was looking for! He wasn't pushy or just out for the sale he took the time to actually help me make an educated decision! Definitely will be back thank you!

I left this 5 star review last month but I'm back here to edit it. Still 5 stars, but I wanted to leave some kind words. Kind and knowledgeable staff, and the strongest kratom in town. 11/10, would recommend.

Omg! Absolutely love these stores Pandora and Pipe Dreamz! The main guy Will is amazing and very knowledgeable. Today we had the other main guy from Pipe Dreamz and he was dope! They have such a variety of pieces and products and it's probably my favorite place to go now! They have their own brand of vapes as well that are better than any hyde I've ever had! 10/10 recommend!

Owner is super helpful and friendly, store always seems to be well-stocked. I only buy nicotine vape pens but am impressed by the wide variety of other products they carry:)

Cool place. Had a few questions not sure who the gentleman was who waited on me but he was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed. Highly recommend!

If it wasn’t for the blue haired girl with the nose ring and glasses (think her names zennie) or something like that. This would be a 5 star for sure! The store itself is nice and the products they have are great! …. They just need to clean house and get better people to work because the female I’m referring to was very ignorant and she made it feel like She didn’t want anyone there (we were the only 3 people inside myself and two friends). If you had any questions she would get annoyed and I hope she actually loses her job for the way she treats people… I’ve been there twice and both times she’s been this way. She needs a job working in a brick room away from society. Not one we’re she even Remotely has to engage with the public.

I came in the store today for this product for my carts, and was greeted by a very kind, very helpful employee.
She helped with my every need and every question I had about this product. She was great and appreciated the help.
