The new manager has made it clear she doesn't like me. I told her to do her job, but she had to bring in some one else to get my rent problem corrected. Now I can't get a answer from her for anything I ask about.

There is NO way to effectively communicate with anyone at Pivotal. Try to send an email. You will receive a generic response, followed by NO response.

I have an ongoing issue with the office manager harassing an older gentleman 80 who just visits me this has been going on since I have been here, most of the tenants tell me she doesn’t like him, and have seen her harassing him. This must not continue. I am really over it. Something must be done. Please advise.

David Pernell Is a service tech here who is very lazy and rude. If they still have this man working for them do not do business with them. You will be sorry if you do! David needs to be taught some respect for others because he clearly has none!

I worked for this company and it was always a issue with paying me they owe me at this very moment I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for this people as a contractor

I wish I could give zero stars because that's what is deserved. My garbage disposal has been nonoperational for over a month. The drains in both the sink and bathtub in my upstairs bathroom are completely clogged and have been since the issue was reported back in AUGUST. There's a revolving door of property managers and there is never more than one maintenance person hired at one time. Instead of changing the filters like they were supposed to, they left the filters in my living room and advised me to do it myself. But not to worry! They've got a certified letter coming from me, and after that they can go get their rent money from the local municipal court's escrow account, because I'm done paying them directly.

Love the apartment but we e had staffing issues almost the whole time I've lived here also whenever maintenance is provided to do mandatory things for the apartments that person is never with another worker. Always entering alone which against policy.

The rules change among apartments. U can never get a hold of the manager. I dealt with ants coming In my apartment for a month and a half after telling the proper manager. I ended up buying my own ant spray from Lowes and I had to pay a pet fee for my support animals and others here didn't have to pay one for a non support animal. Stay away from this place the rent is sky high and they don't maintain the apartments at all.

I’m a resident at the the enclave apartments and for about 3weeks to a month now I’ve been without air. Due to mold issues and my air unit going out I was moved to another unit this past Friday. Well my maintenance man Damian Beck which by the way signs off on work orders that has not been completed… knew the ac unit was not fixed the day I moved in but told me it would work just give it time. Well just like Friday the degrees outside was 90 or more so my apartment was at least 81 to 86 degrees. My son has asthma and nose bleeds when he’s hot which Damian knows due to the mold issues prior to moving into this new unit. This morning my daughter and son woke up with nose bleeds because of the heat. I called the emergency line and Chris (Maintenance man) returned my call and wanted to do all he could to help. Even suggesting that maybe he could see if they could purchase another small ac unit for my sons room because he’s having issues so he informed Damian of the issues and the health issues that was going on and his only response was…. She’ll have to wait til Monday! I’ve been dealing with mold for 2 years and now this! I need something to be done ASSP! When you take on being the maintenance man this is what you sign up for! To assist the residents with emergency repairs!
********Here it is again 8/26/2023 I’m having trouble with my air conditioner and once again my children have to suffer! It’s set on 71 and it’s 80 degrees in my house! The enclave CANNOT keep maintenance because Mvah Partners make it hard to access the things the tenants need to fix any repairs needed which is so unfair. There’s not one number I can call for emergency maintenance or repairs which is also not right! Something has to be done! This company is horrible! No one should ever have to live like this.

Place is cheaply built rent goes up every year like almost $1000 for a 3 bedroom takes forever for anything to be fixed

Live in Gray, Ga. At WaterTower Park Senior Village or Villas. Different people (managers call it both). These people won't fix anything that costs one cent. I went without a microwave for 8 months. They don't pay for a descent yard work or pest control. They are not the people who care a hoot about seniors. Haven't even put batteries in the smoke detectors that they were fined for and the fine wS due to the company lying to the fire Marshall There is a word for this kind of landlord

This company got in financial trouble and had to change their name to pivotal, they were MVAH this company customer relations is atrocious. Their bookkeeping is horrendous! I’m sure kindergarteners would have been better!
