Pizza Cottage, Lancaster OH

Used to love this place, but the last couple of times have been bad. Tonight's order was awful. I ordered an Italian sub with extra lettuce and tomato. Not only did it not have extra anything, the lettuce was barely there. See in the photo below. The cheese is a lot less than it was before and it looks like the meat is thinner than ever. Jack the price of the sandwich up to $9.00 then take half the ingredients out. Nope! Don't get me started on the $4.00 fries that barely equaled what a child is served in a happy meal. All the other items are getting pricey too for what little you get. Not happy with this place because I want to eat there, but I want to get full for $13.00 worth of fast food.

My family and I came from several hours outside of town and the place we had planned on going was unexpectedly closed. We happened to find this little place and were pleasantly surprised.

Our waitress was phenomenal! We were a party of 11 and she was fast to get us drinks and once we decided on our food she was fast to take the order. The kitchen was great too, they got the food out piping hot and quickly. Our waitress and the other staff we saw were friendly and had smiles on their faces.

The food was excellent! We will definitely be back next year!

We had a large group in the back room for our class Christmas party. Cheyenne was our server, and she did a fantastic job taking care of everyone. We did individual tickets, and she got everyone's orders right, and in a very timely manner.

Burnt food, they replaced it but i had to go pick it up, my lunch was over at that point, manager didnt really care

Very poor service. Waitress was busy standing around talking. Took our money and kept the change as being hers. Would not recommend.

Everything about this Pizza Cottage is excellent. No matter what you order the portions are more than you expect and everything is delicious. The place is very clean and the service you get can't be beat. The staff is as good as it gets.

First time there and loved it. The waitress Hannah was super friendly and on point with her job. The food was delicious and the jalapeno poppers was the best. Definitely planning on coming back again soon y'all.

I ordered their 12" loaded pizza with a few substitutions in toppings this. Crust & light well done. Turned out exactly as I wanted light sauce, crunchy crust, darker edges but toppings not burnt. YUMMY!

We arrived close to closing but were promptly served by friendly staff. The food was the same high quality we are use to from this restaurant.

This is are favorite pizza and today was not good at all I don't even know if I will go back crust was burnt and not very cheese just wasn't the same pizza

I have an autistic son an he was upset when we arrived. The staff was amazing with him. Taking their recommendation we had the BLT and buffalo chicken pizza and it was simply amazing. Thank you for a delicious dinner.

Cheese fries wasn't what I thaught they was going to be. I was thinking some other cheese then shredded cheese would be on them not just a little non melted shredded cheese. But over all the BLT pizza and the whole hog pizza was amazing as usual.

First time I've eaten at Pizza Cottage since Covid and it was really great having pizza there again! I was there for a meeting in one of the 2 meeting/gathering rooms which was nice! I absolutely love the crust, sauce and toppings of Pizza Cottage pizza! Great service, clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Love the West Fair location!

Our waitress Kara was phenomenal and took good care of us. Some of the other employees did help, but she worked all over. French fries were late, but when they got there they were crispy, browned soft inside, very good! Thank you

We had pizza at PIZZA COTTAGE on Fair Ave.in Lancaster, Ohio. Service was great and the pizza was delicious as always. Our favorite place to go for pizza.
