Pizza House West, Sandusky OH

Great place to order takeout lunch. Good tasting & prices! The 9" pizza w/one topping is under $5 & well worth it!
You can it "in" but that's nothing to write home about. Better to drive 2 minutes to the waterfront & enjoy the view.

The staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating. The pizza is soooo good. So are the wings. The lasagna omg, mmmmm mmmmm good! Really everything they make is perfect! If you haven't tried it yet, you're truly missing out!

Ever since moving to the west side and be coming familiar with Pizza House West I have eaten nowhere else but there no pizza measures up to theirs no sandwiches measure up to theirs they have the best food in town they have the nicest delivery drivers and they have the best service in the industry

Kinda funny the associate I got the pickup order from told me garlic butter was free when paying cash but costs extra with a card. I made sure to let friends and family know to shop elsewhere when using a card.

Always good pizza. Been goin here since she 7 or 8 I believe. Always a good place to come back to for a good pizza or foldover.

Dang bro, I ordered 2 pizzas and I was in pizza heaven. I can't stop thinking about this pizza. I am considering moving in but afraid of commitment.

Don't give a cash tip and add a tip to the receipt unless your intention is to split tip payment. They will not inform you that adding the tip up that you give in cash on the receipt, will charge you for an additional tip and then be very dismissive and rude when you ask why your account is pulled into the negative the next day. They will refuse to refund you.

I asked for extra sloppy barbecued chicken wings and they were phenomenal absolutely delicious I recommend this pizza place Sandusky Ohio is not known for good pizza but I tell you what Pizza House West is the best pizza in Sandusky

Ordered a BLT follower. The price has gone up but they are skimpy on their toppings. Definitely tasted everything but the bacon which is of course the most expensive part. Will NEVER call them again and Definitely do not recommend this place to anybody.

The girl on the phone was short/rude. Told me I couldn't get personal pizzas on Fri but didn't tell me about the med pizza special they have everyday.
$44 for salads that didn't have croutons.
Never again.
This place was amazing years ago, not in the last 2.

Was one of our regular pizza shops we order from. Till tonite. We order either a pizza or subs; wife usually gets a mini chef's salad besides, no onions, add banana peppers. Tonite the order came. Wife started eating her salad, realized that it was a regular tossed salad with onions, not a mini chef's salad, which we paid for. Called the shop, she was told that they would send a driver with the correct salad, BUT they needed the other one back. Wife said I already ate like half of it; can't you just credit us the difference for next time? "No. " They needed the other salad back. She told them to just forget it and we won't be ordering from them again.
