We dined in for the first time in 2 years… I do have to say the food was good, fresh, and we didn’t have to wait long.
The value for what we ordered …. 2 Lg 1 topping pizzas, a double breadstick, 8 boneless wings, and an order of cheese sticks was poor I feel. Our bill was 70.00! The menus have no pricing, but when we order take out, it’s half this price!
The dine in experience was poor. The restaurant appeared very dirty. All of the windows including interior were filthy. The salad bar (which was not open at this time) was filthy. There were smudgy greasy fingerprints all over the glass. There was a portable Bluetooth record player sitting on salad bar playing music. It looked very tacky! The bathrooms were unkempt, we had to wipe the sticky chairs before we sat down, we were not given any silverware, the condiment shakers were sticky, and the service was mediocre.
Though the food was good, everything else turned us off. Skeptical to order from there again after seeing the unkempt restaurant.

Walked up to the door & employees standin outside the min door smoking. Went to order drinks& waitress disn know what drinks they had & no juice for kids or sweet tea. Asked for booster seats when we come in an had to ask again. Brought bread sticks and no plates. Waitress seemed a little stoned and didn't speak loud enough o hear her when she did speak. Had to ask 2 times after broght food to get plates and then only brought 2 for 4 people. HORRIBLE!

Get my order right for starters. Ordered two pan pizzas, one pep and 1 meat lovers in one of your meal deals. Got a thin crust pep (with tall burnt edges) and a reg crust sausage pizza. Receipt taped to the box stated what my actual order was. Seems no one verified receipt against items.

I haven't ordered in a while, mainly because we don't eat out much. Tonight I ordered for us and a few friends. Only to find out that if you order cheesy bread sticks, they don't cut them any more. Pull apart cheesy greasy bread sticks? No thank you. I won't make that mistake again.

I placed an online order then proceeded to pick it up. The doors were locked as it appeared they were closed. I also had already paid. After getting an employees attention I was told my order was canceled. I was not notified on any way?

Not have a manager that takes the tip that was meant for a delivery driver, but wasn’t able to make it a delivery. Then try to give me old breadsticks from another customer order. She was very unprofessional

Hire your own delivery drivers. Door dash is the reason I gave the rating I did. From the time I ordered to the time I received my order was 2 hours and 38 minutes. This is unacceptable for anyone and I was not even offered a discount or a refund. My order came to $61 which included a tip for the driver who never delivered my food. If I wanted door dash, I would have ordered through door dash. I am not a happy customer.

Pizza was cold and over and hour late. I will not be ordering again until service improves. Ordered at 3: 41 pm and got my pizza at 5: 11 pm.

We placed an order online over 2 hours ago. We tried contacting the store multiple times and no one even attempted to answer. The driver finally showed up and he explained that had just started working there and the STORE MANAGER was just sending him out with orders and not checking to see what was in each order or explaining to him what needed to be done. He didn’t even show up with all of our food. We tried calling the store again and still no one is answering. This place is ridiculous and needs a new manager.

I ordered one of the deals through their app for delivery over an hour ago. Nothing. I tried calling to check on the order 3 times and no one bothered to pick up. I was on hold for awhile. This will be my last time ordering from this location.

I waited two hours for my delivery order, the driver didn’t even take it to the correct address and I ended up having to drive to the store to pick it up anyways. The driver didn’t contact me at any point. They didn’t even remake the pizza for me even tho it was at least 2 hours old and terrible quality

We had ordered pizza from Pizza Hut previously back in February and had a similar experience wherethey blamed a new driver. At that time the store arranged a refund to my satisfaction. Because of that experience we had not returned till now. This time we waited nearly an hour and a half. I ordered at 8: 44 and it showed up finally at around 10: 15 ice cold. I called the store and they explained they were slammed and the number of drivers were overwhelmed. We live 2.4 miles away. I am sorry but the online app tracker said it went out for delivery around 9 pm. Not a good experience.
