Pizza Hut, Holland OH

I ordered one large pizza for delivery. When I opened the box, the pizza was a mess. When I took it back to the store I got the run around trying to get my money back. I will not buy pizza here again.

Ordered 2med pizzas and cheese sticks. Instead Got a nasty chicken melt with pink in the center of the chicken and the two mediums weren’t even done. Literally dough in the center. NOT TO MENTION when i called the store about the pizzas he refused to make it right & told me he already credited me $5 dollars for the cheese bread i never got & basically didn’t care about the raw frozen tasing pizza they gave me. Apparently their jacka*s manager don’t care about the dollar u spend at their store nor does he care about quality of the nasty uncooked food they’re giving customers. Get another pizza place if u want pizza. This food is disgusting and so is that trashy manager That i spoke to 1/24 at 730pm.

Terrible rude customer service. Had the order wrong. Sat for 25 minutes. Patrick who supposedly was the manager said "DON'T COME BACK".

I normally never write reviews, but i feel like i had to. When I initially called Pizza Hut, they had me on hold, and never responded. In the background I I can hear employees cursing and talking loud. Unprofessional. I had to hang up and call again. I ordered my pizza, they said it will take 35 minutes. Pizza guy did not show up until 1 hour. Pizza was cold, poor quality, and tasted like frozen pizza from Walmart. Unacceptable. Do better.

We were quoted a delivery time of 25-35 minutes, and finally received a notification that the driver was out an hour later. The food arrived lukewarm, and one of our melts was incorrect. The driver indicated that the storefront was busy and that is understandable, but then we should obviously have been given a different estimate on the waiting time. There was no problem with the quality despite the mistake, which is why this is a 2 star review rather than one.

Ordered our pizza at 8: 32 and never received it. Drove to store and was told nothing they could do about it they were closed. They close at 12 and we got there around 11: 00. Very rude guy at counter. Now trying to get charge reversed on my bank card. Not very happy

I literally live two houses past their cut off street and they won’t deliver. Less then three miles away. Useless!

Ordered cinnamon Stix and was given marinara sauce to dip in. So i call in and the Manager was a total scumbag.told me I need to drive up their for a refund of. 58c for the sauce? When i asked for a distric managers number he hung up on me. Mind you I had my two kids, 4 and 5 year old that obviously would not dip cinnastix in marinara sauce. Place is complete garbage. Been two months and I'll never order from there again.

Quality at this store (Holland, OH) is one of the worst. This order was the edge pizza. Meat toppings were as expected but the veggies were extremely light and only on half of the pie. The order I placed at this store before this one, was completely incorrect. Done with this store and PH. Save your money and pick another pizza store, there are plenty of other options.

Ordered a pizza they took my money out & the pizza never came then I called back after waiting 2 hours & they kept hanging up laughing!

Haven't ordered for a long time, it'll be the last time too. 40 minutes late, tried calling which sends you to call center and I couldn't understand the lady with the very heavy accent, she sent me to store where I was on hold for 20 minutes and no answer. Pizza did finally show and was one of the worst Pizza and breadsticks ever. Crust wasn't cooked enough, it was super soft, and not even
warm. Flavor was not good either. Breadsticks were stale, day old chewy like.

I ordered a pizza, bread sticks and brownies. Overall the different items tasted great. However, the total price was too high. I went there to help an organization raise funds. For the amount they received, I would have been better off sending them a check directly. The food is good, but pricey compared to their competitors.

Ordered pizza with an expected arrival of 5: 45.7 came around after attempting to get ahold of the location for 30 minutes with no one answering the phone and no pizza. I don't mind deliveries being late, it happens, but not being able to talk to anyone and not having any updates after 5: 30 is horrible. I will never order again.

Follow my order as in when i ask for lite sauce n cheese i mean half as much as you normally place on a pizza

I placed an order last night that was suppose to be ready at 10: 05 according to my email confirmation. I arrived to restaurant at 10: 15 they were close. Google states this location closes at 12: 00 am. I call the location today to receive a refund or replacement pizza. The guy who answers the phone is extremely rude, yelling at me, threatening me (his words were bring it) when I was only explaining that I am visiting the area and I wanted the issue resolved before we left town. HIS BEHAVIOR WAS DISGUSTING I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANOTHER PIZZA Hut. He was literally screaming through the phone at his work place. Pizza Hut please do better train your employees, introduce active listening skills. Chick FiL a would never.

The pasta was dry and mozzarella sticks were a 3 out of 10. Bread sticks were good though.

They went up on the wing price but changed over to smaller wings. I recommend going back to the original product. And add more redeemable items to the selection for the rewards point system.

I asked for extra sauce on both pizzas we ordered, and neither of them seemed to have any more sauce than usual, and one of them actually seemed to have less than normal.
