Pizza Hut, Lancaster OH

There were metal pieces in my pizza. Was told the health dept was out and they were approved to reopen. Contacted the health dept they were never on site. I have been lied too. I want the owner Adam to contact me immediately.

The only thing decent was the breadsticks. Terrible pizza, barely any toppings or sauce and the crust was super thin for hand tossed.

Usually have an amazing experience with pizza hut but today must have been a bad, half our order was forgotten then when we got the rest it was cold. The wings were in foil just folded over thrown in a silver pasta bowl with no lid.

2nd time in a row this Pizza Hut has screwed up my order. This one was extra special because it’s my birthday

I order from this location all the time for me and my employees and they always deliver great pizza and great service!

They changed alot. If you want to eat in you give them your order at the register no fountain drinks all bottled you pay then have a seat they bring it out in a pizza box no one checks on you to see if everything is OK. They way busy for take out and they do door dash also. The pizza was good no problems so we ate talked a bit then left. If I knew they don't really do dine in I might have went someplace else but my dad was craving there pizza so we stayed

Online ordering is slow. Placed an order and at the end of ordering, the site crashed. Fix the online ordering!

Yes this place is so two faced win they know they do wrong and will not make it right but they just want to be so disrespectful to the customer and try to say it not thare fult but I hope they like to go to court for what they did and the video doesn't lie like they do

Terrible, terrible tonight. Order was to be ready at 7.was told another 45 minutes when I got there. Must have been 10 people waiting, of which 2 others canceled orders as well. Epic fail tonight Pizza Hut.

Store was extremely busy and the staff had a smile on their face for every customer coming through the doors. Pizza was on time, hot and tasted good.

Improvement from the old store. Looks nice inside. Still a little small but for what it's worth a big upgrade from what it once was. Staff is nice and orders seem to come out a lot faster than what they did before. Overall I give it to B+.

It takes a while on busy nights. However, that is expected. I only get carry, and it is spot on every order.

Food arrived on time and was hot! Pizza was delicious, I'll be ordering form this location again.
