Pizza Hut, Toledo OH

Still a five star at this location. Corey fixed my pizza before Christmas and is always kind. The Quality and service is what I tried to strive for when I work for thecompany years ago.

I do t know why I keep comming here. They never get my order wright. Food is either over cooked or undercooked. Very rarely get it wright. The other Pizza huts don't have thus problem. But they are all farther away.

I ordered online and they were out of an item I ordered instead of calling and explaining they charged me anyways. When my delivery got here breadsticks had so much seasoning they were inedible also they were not cut neither were cinnasticks he said they are pull apart.they definitely were not. I called and the first person I spoke with said sorry can't do refunds. Called maybe 10 min later spoke to manager and he said he would refund my whole order. Was very disappointing

I would give it a 5 star review except for lack of delivery drivers. The delivery drivers they DO have are great. Quit being skimpy on topping early in the day.

At the Door Street and Reynolds Avenue location in Toledo Ohio, Matt waited on us and he was so kind, he even brought the pizzas out to our car. The whole team there thanked me for my service in the military!

Had good experiences fora while. The last two times were terrible. Once I ordered around 715. Called in around 8. They were short staffed and I said ok. They said they would get it to me asap. 30 minutes later got cold a d partially burnt pizza. This last time ordered around 7. Got the text by 720 it was out for delivery. 750 called to see where it was at. No answer. Never received anything. Might as well close it down. It's definitely dropped in quality and customer service.

While you are on hold they have a recording telling me about there "legendary service" which I hear 3 times before finally having someone answer. The person takes my order and puts me on hold again. I get to listen for another 2 times about the "legendary service" before someone else picks up and asks to take my order. I tell him I just placed it with someone and then got put on hold. He says I'm the only one here it must Jabra been the call center. Have to replace my order again for whatever reason. I get we are all short staffed but just shuffling me around and making me place the same order to numerous people is pretty silly and ridiculous. You guys might wanna change that recording though.nothing about my service was legendary.

I ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After over an hour I called the store back and canceled my order because how long it was. I voiced that I would never order from Pizza Hut again with this kind of service. And the women working for Pizza Hut states to me " COOL ". Really what customer service is "cool "? Guess Pizza Hut isn't worried about loosing customers. Hope Pizza Huts corporation knows what workers they have representing their franchise.

Pizza was dry! I asked for extra cheese and It was barely any cheese at all. Not as good as it use to be to me

I placed an online order for 3 large pizzas with different toppings. The order was correct and arrived at the time specified. Also, they arrived hot and were delicious.

Find a delivery company that actually speaks English and can find the delivery address. They drove around aimlessly instead of calling as they were instructed to do upon arrival. Our food was so cold that the grease was coagulated on the top of the pizzas

The order was delivered by Doordash and was cold when it arrived. I will not be ordering form Pizza Hut any longer since you cannot deliver your own product.

Took about two hours to arrive. Rude driver, Rude Manager at store. I was told 30-45 minutes, pizza arrived cold, wrong toppings. When I called he offered no apology said he was short staffed and his driver had taken the 5 others they had all at once! Sucks to be the last on that list I guess. Never ever ordering from them again!

First time delivery at this location everything was cold don't know if locations issue or driver issue and breadsticks which is like pizza hut staple to everyone were rock hard very disappointed maybe why I haven't had pizza hut in years. I'll stick to Vitos and Marco's

Pizza was cold. One pizza was to be pepperoni and bacon and second one pepperoni and sausage. Both pizzas were pepperoni and bacon. I even paid for extra toppings! Bread sticks were cold and hardly any seasoning on them. Will not be ordering from them again!

Ordered a Triple Treat box. Of course get the email to estimate 15 minutes. Waited about an hour just for them to give the order to another customer. Staff wasn’t checking order names and just handing things out blindly. Terrible organization.
