Pizza Hut, Sylvania OH

Pizza was delivered hot and fresh and was exactly what we ordered. Driver was able to find us without a problem, which hasn't always been the case in the past with other delivery drivers.

Ordered at 230p for 5p delivery. Got a notification driver left the store at 5. We live less than a mile away. At 530p we call, it's still "on the way". 6pm my husband physically goes down there and they have no idea where it is but supposedly remade it, "out for delivery". Just disputed the charge. We're done.
Update: order never showed, at all.

The worst pizza place ever. Placed an order the driver shows up an hour later with the wrong order. Then wouldnt let us keep it. Said they couldn't make a new one. Made it very difficult and ruined our evening’s

Pizza was cold, But was still ok. It's the delivery I have a major problem with, the delivery person didn't even come to the door she just laid it on the porch. And didn't even text or let me know it was there if I hadn't had my cameras on I wouldn't have known that it had been delivered. And when I walked outside she was getting back into the car, and said your pizza is on the porch, with a bad tone. Pizza Hut needs to address they're delivery issues.

The toppings were almost non existent on the Detroit Style and the sauce distribution was very inconsistent, the bacon on our large was mostly hard inedible fat there were very few pieces of actual bacon. I also noticed the half jalapeño ended up being a quarter jalapeño very disappointed I think I'll be taking a break from Pizzahut and try other pizza restaurant options Marcos is pretty consistent.

Drastically change. According to the estimated time of arrival in the app our order should have been delivered by 6: 11pm. At 6: 29 I decided to give the restaurant a call seeing as my order said the pizzas were still in the oven after almost an hour. I called and it sent me to hold. I sat listening to Pizza Hut advertisements for 10 minutes before I got a text, while on hold, that my order was out for delivery. So I hung up seeing as nobody wanted to answer the phone anyway. We live 6 minutes from the restaurant. 12 minutes later the pizza was delivered. Parts of the order were incorrect, pizza wasn’t even hot anymore. Overall terrible experience as well as the last time we tried we had a bad experience. There was supposed to be a free large pizza tied to my phone number from the last bad experience but that wasn’t taken off. I am pretty much giving up on at least this Pizza Hut as a reputable establishment and the Pizza Hut app as a whole. Also they need to learn to cut pizzas. Not the biggest deal but how are you always off center with the cuts?

Will never order from this place again. The food took 30 min to arrive after I was told it was on its way. I added a photo of what my food looked like when it arrived so you can judge this location for yourself

I like a couple of pizza places, but I got to say the young lady behind the counter was exceptionally polite. Don't believe I had ever been there before but I know for certain we will at some point stop there again, five stars!

My order was done right, no hassle, and I stayed in my car as the employee brought out my food. Very easy and smooth experience

I called to notify the store that one of our pizzas had raw dough in the middle. Just to let then know. The person that took my call took my phone number and gave me a 10.00 credit. I was just calling to let them know. I really appreciated it.

There was barely any cheese on cheese sticks i get upcharged for them and they looked and tasted like regular bread sticks

My orders were mixed up as the crust choices of my pizza did not correspond to what I ordered (Pan pizza and stuffed). The spicy special pizza did not even have half of the ingredients on the pizza that makes it the speciality, it lacked the chili flakes and the red peppers. Also we payed for 3 dipping sauces but did not recieve any.

I have not had your pizza in years and how you skimp on toppings was ridiculous. Obviously part of the "save money" thing. I would rather pay more and get ample toppings than pay more for less!

What’s going on at this location? I used to order pizza with BBQ sauce (which is fantastic) and they used to send an extra cup (which was not needed but still loved it for extra dipping sauce). The past 2 pizzas I have ordered had almost no sauce at all on the pizza and they quit sending extra sauce. I don’t care about the extra sauce, but at least put an adequate amount on the pie. Every bite was dough, cheese and no sauce.

When the pizza was delivered, it was cold and chewy. The breadsticks were not edible. My husband described them as flavorless rubber. In the future, we would like our pizza on time, warm and delicious, like it normally is. After this experience, it may be quite awhile before we order from Pizza Hut again though.

Call if there is a problem with an order. I put my order in 4 hours ahead of time, it was not delivered and nobody gave me any sort of notice about there being a problem. I understand if it was too late or you were short staffed and had problems but by not notifying me in any way I had no time to go anywhere else either.
