Pizza Hut, Ashland OH

Went to eat here last night with our toddler as a special treat. He likes cheese pizza so when we arrived we got seated right away, not busy, and ordered a cheese pizza. Our waiter told us it would be 15-20 minutes.

After 20 minutes our waiter shows up and says that the back never put the pizza in and we could wait for 20 more minutes or get something else. We opted to just go to the buffet since entertaining a hungry toddler for another 20 minutes didn't seem like it would end well.

Spent more than twice as much as what we wanted for not fresh pizza that was sitting on the buffet. Won't be back.

Love their crust as well as their pizza. Service was very quick as well as the server. Sh was very polite and friendly.

Feel sorry for the employees here. Obviously short staffed and underpaid. 15 mins for fries? I guess they meant 50 mins and soggy fries.

Pizza hut used to be good. I get home with the pepperoni pizza and you can tell it was made before I ordered it. The crust doesn't have that spread on it and its all dry, the hand tossed is super thin and the bottom is covered in grease. I'd rather just spend 10$ on a frozen pizza and put it in the air fryer. It's not just pizza hut. All these pizzas joints pizzas taste like cardboard. They taste like domino's pizza did 10 years ago lmao.

I hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in years. It still looked as I remembered. Sadly, I'm not driven by nostaglia, so everything seemed antiquated and inefficient by the competition standards. Staff was friendly, fast, and accurate. The pizza was as good as I remember, but the building felt stale, musky, and just uncomfortable. This franchise has become a meme, and the next generation of customers need to have a witty remodernization of this classic food chains to find them relevent. Everyone on campus talks about Mcdonalds adult happy meals, or Wendy's tweets, or Taco Bells intensely marketed new artery clogger. Pizza Hut needs a brand overhaul before all the Pizza Huts turn into Pizza Homes.

The buffet failed to meet the definition of buffet. It was haphazard at best. The two stars are for the server alone, she was great.

First time I’ve ordered and been disappointed. Half the cheese off the pp pizza and stuck to the box. Dried out chicken Alfredo pasta when I ordered plain alfredo.

This location has dine in option. We ordered for pickup and they made a special request pizza for us. It was on time and made to order️

Although I was not very happy with the woman working the drive through, the food was good and the meal box was good quality for the price.

I’m writing this review live in the store I love the pizza I would like it if the cheese was stuffed with more cheese like a double stuffed cheese optioni love the pizza here so i wrote this to tell you more about my experience i accidentally clicked on the one star option and the waiter grabbed my child in threw him in the oven I was very thankful for this however as he is now called crisp and he has half as many freinds as he used to I hope you laughed because I sure didn’t

Usually a great place to eat. Unfortunately their salad bar is lacking any attention during buffet hours. Lettuce is brown and nasty, asked for some that wasn't. Waiter seemed annoyed, due to being busy I'm guessing. I'm sure he himself wouldn't want to eat rotten old lettuce. Been waiting for 20m for fresh lettuce. Salad bar is the only reason we drove 15m farther for the Ashland Pizza Hut, it being the only Hut around with a salad bar still. Wasted Biden priced gas to get here and then ordered the Buffet for the salad only to be denied it.

Just ordered lunch thru pizza hut. It was delivered by a "dasher" not a pizza hut employee. I got no drink and they will not be bringing my drink and I will not be getting my money back apparently. The personal pizza is sadly barely, and I mean BARELY warm. It also only has 4 pepperoni on it! PAID 23 DOLLARS FOR 8 BONELESS WINGS!

Buffet was amazing. Service was great. Place was pretty busy. And they kept replacing the pizzas. They was pretty quick at cleaning the tables off. Highly recommend.

Hot delicious pizza made just as ordered! Wonderful waitress with great personality! Clean facility and to die for loaded French fries!

This is not your parents Pizza Hut. Seems like their suffering from an identity crisis. PIizza Was was bland. And their staff were robots. We'll give them one more chance, anyone can have a bad. Otherwise PIZZA HUT as we knew it is no more.

We went Friday around 7p got tje buffet what we got was decent but wasn't fresh break sticks we're hard n half the pizza choices we're sitting awhile.but decent priced.

The last 2 times i have picked my order up it was brought out to me with everything stacked on top of the pizza box. None of it was put in a bag and made it very hard to carry. Also was told extra sauces were in the box only to get home and have them missing

Called and waited 2 1/2 hours, when I call to figure out whats going on I get told "the driver knocked and knocked" on the wrong door (they are labeled with numbers, so I guess the driver doesn't know what a 2 looks like) and they tried to tell me it's my fault because they tried to call me not long before I called them. They offered to remake it but why bother when my guest are leaving before it will even get here. I will no longer order from here, which is your loss since I order almost 250 dollars worth of pizza a week.

Because the driver that delivered the pizza took a $9 tip for himself and gave me the change when I got to my destination I counted what he gave me with the receipt I gave him $40 my receipt was $23.99 he gave me $7 highly disappointed in the customer service and the greediness of the employees
