Pizza Hut, Mansfield OH

Still true, went back to try them again. And its still Undercooked Pizza that I had to throw back in the oven. Try to use as few boxes as possible so I had to split cheese bread sticks and pizza from the same box. I would rather eat no pizza at all. Then spend 50 bucks on two pizzas and breadsticks that aren't even done.

ALWAYS UNDERCOOKED! I ask everytime to cook it longer and it's always doughy and soft. Very frustrating that we have to cook our pizza at home every single time.

Thank you for being awesome! To all the employees at Pizza Hut tonight, that pizza was the best, it was delivered earlier than expected and very hot. I am very grateful for all your awesomeness

Foods good, love the stuffed crust! Daily deals. Only downside is the 4.99 delivery fee, of which the driver gets nothing! Boo Pizza Hut. When you charge that much you are cutting into the tip and that’s just not right.

I wish I could give a ZERO star for this location. I'm still shook up over an incident at the Lexington Ave. Location the a few days ago. Went through the drive thru & the bimbo at the window dropped the hot pizza in my lap & all over my clothes seat in car, & burned me, than by mistake trying to clean up the mess with napkins, which they didn't provide, I dropped one out the window, the so called manager came out screaming and threatened me. Being a Senior citizen,
I finally made it home & called corporate, today the district manager called & wanted to replace my pizza. Not clean my seats or do anything else. Pizza Hut doesn't care what their employees do.
Beware of this location.
It's going to be an expensive pizza.

Where to start after working 12 hours I decided to go to pizza hut's drive up window and ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas. But some how they got extra extra black olives from me wanting pepperoni
Sense the first time went wrong ordering on line and this time went wrong in person I won't be wasting my hard earned money here again

Not a clean establishment. Not a good place to dine in. Pizza was excellent. Soda fountain out of order. No lemonade either.

Good drivers. Always tip people they have a hard time keeping up with today's wages and keeping their cars fixed to keep us happy who order delivery. They're friendly people and always been respectful to me. Thanks again folks.

Multiple times going either to pick up and service is always awful! Don’t say anything just take your money and take longer than expected times. Did delivery forgot drinks and wouldn’t go back and get them for us! Really have went down hill!

I've been to this location many times and there's a number of occasions where nobody ever comes to the window. I called into the store tonight and got ignored some more for 10 minutes. I just went across the street to Marco's Pizza.

Slow service, workers didn't know what a box deal was, order came out wrong, they messed it up while trying to fix it, and the bathroom was a mess. Usually I have good experiences at this location.

Out of towner working in the area. Stopped in and ordered a couple pies to go. Jayna waited on us
She was very friendly with excellent customer service skills. Pizza was excellent and quickly prepared. Jayna brought it out to us before we could even go in to see if it was ready. Great job, Jayna! Very professional!

My kids eating over half a pizza (ultimate cheese lover) by themselves. But they regularly mess up the order.

Large stuff crust pizza was ready for me in a fast 15 minutes via the drive thru window! I expect it to be Pizza Hut good and it was! I heated left over pizza at 300 in my air fryer for 6 minutes and it was crunchy good next day!

Young, rude employees that don't talk or speak but take your money and give you change. My order was not hot or to my expectations.

Waited an hour for order then rude delivery, gave wrong order to me and then had to wait another 40 min for my order. Never ordering from here again. Staff is rude.

Food was very late and cold. Called to see what was going on staff was beyond rude. Will never order from them again.

I ordered the new melts, and, oh my goodness, they were so good! Definitely worth the money!

3/23- pizza's good as always; but was 25 minutes late, kids at counter laughing about each error they make, no manager present.
