Pizza Hut, Grove City OH

I love. 05 miles from location ordered at 554pm 810pm it arrived missing part of order had to retrieve it by going up to location after delivery 60 dollar order and it was not delivered because there was not an available door dash driver

Haven’t had Pizza Hut for a long time so decided to try, regret it. Messed up order and long wait even though we set pick up for a specific time, had to wait for them to make another, went to check and they forgot to start it! Makes me mad I added a tip to the total, that kind of service doesn’t deserve a tip. Got food 45 minutes later than planned, super skimpy toppings on the surprise pizza. Another disappointing place. How hard is it to make a few one topping pizzas? Jets, Romeos or Flyers is a much better choice than Pizza Hut

Superior fantastic pizza. Absolutely delicious. Everything about the pie was 5 Stars. Staff is great.

Staff were sweet. There was an issue with the computers so I had to wait a bit for my wings but it was only 5 minutes.:)

Rachel was so helpful for us today when the website kept giving us problems. Always great food. But especially great customer service!

The food was good THIS TIME I ordered it at 2pm on a Sat a few time before they have not cut the pizza and it looked like threw in a box. The gal was very friendly the outside of the building was clean and inside as well maybe keep up the front doors on count of the finger prints.they have changed the pizza sauce its a little sweeter it don't taste like a can.

In my experience the quality of the food has been great, my child and I enjoyed it very much. I can say that the staff was very friendly, specially a young lady named Kennedy that takes the orders, she deserves a raise please, what a great customer service. It's really nice when an employee has a great energy. Will definitely come back for more pizza! Thanks!

Hours says 11pm but when you call in to order at 10: 15pm they say they're already closed.

Family in line in front of us ordered and was told 28 minutes. I then ordered, and was told it would be an hour wait for pizza and no dine in was available.

Very friendly finally found a restaurant in Grove city that actually cares for their customers. I give this pizza hut

Every time I am in there the front desk never has a smile or even say hello its like they don't care if customers come in plus our pizza was not cut our food was correct this time

Ordered from Pizza Hut every thing was fresh and hot and the delivery was really quick. Keeping your customer happy with good customer service is a win win. Thanks Pizza Hut.

The food was ready on time.
Staff was friendly.
Pizza was delicious. The whole family loved it.
Wings were big and juicy, a bit expensive, but worth it.

Went in with my family to eat dinner to find out they no longer serve fountain drinks. How does a restaurant have a DINE-IN with no fountain drinks and No real plates. WOW my memories of Pizza Hut were the only reason why we came this evening to the grove city location. NEVER AGAIN. Pizza wasn’t even the same. Very sad.

The service was good. However, we tried the Big New Yorker pizza and it's not how I remember it. I feel like they continue to use the same pizza sauce they use on every pizza. This location is nice and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.
